Condominio en el último piso con impresionantes vistas! Acabamos de actualizar el condominio con nuevos pisos de baldosas en las habitaciones y paredes de la cocina. Conveniente ubicación en Clearwater Beach. A pie de restaurantes, tiendas, playa (1 1/2 cuadras), Pier 60, miniture golfo, Clearwater Marina y más.

Los Condominios Dockside fueron construidos en 2007 y consisten en 36 unidades. Hay estacionamiento cubierto debajo del edificio y una piscina climatizada frente al mar.

Alquiler semanal, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, plano de planta dividido. Encimeras de granito, alfombras en las habitaciones y baldosas de cerámica en los baños y salas de estar. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, comer en el bar y lavadora y secadora apiladas. El comedor y la sala de estar cuentan con magníficas vistas al agua donde puedes ver a los delfines en un espectáculo. Gran pantalla de televisión, mesa de café, escritorio, mesa de comedor y sillas en la sala de estar y comedor. Gran dormitorio principal tiene vestidor, cama king size y vistas al golfo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Hay Wi-Fi en el condominio.

A solo una hora y media en coche de Disney y Sea World en Orlando, también cerca de Tampa y Busch Gardens. ¡No te olvides de visitar Winter, el famoso delfín, que protagonizó 'Dolphin Tale'!

Our family of 5 and the 2 grandparents had the best week ever! This location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, coffee, and ice cream within a two minute to 5 minute walk! Our family loved the space and all the amenities this condo provided. We will most definitely be booking again!

The unit was spacious, clean, and close to everything. Parking was a breeze, the view was nice, and the owner was very responsive. I would stay here again for sure!

Safe and great location

PROS: The host was very responsive prior to check in. We had arrived an hour before check in and the host accommodated an early check in - so helpful in the HEAT! The building is locked and felt extremely safe. The location is walkable to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. There was lots of beach "stuff" found in the master bedroom closet. 6 adults, and we had plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen had the items we needed for some cooking. Groceries are best found by car, but there is a nearby walkable swim shop that also has a lot of food items. I didn't think we would use the washer/dryer, but it was really nice to have to dry off our towels and such. The property has a/c, but it was about 112 degrees with humidity while we were there, so we needed a little more to keep comfortable. Each of the bedrooms had a portable fan which definitely helped. Having a community pool was wonderful and even had some shade depending on the time of day. CONS: Only one working elevator for the condo, and it is SO SLOW, and also so hot inside! Sometimes it was so slow that walking 6 flights of stairs was faster. But, if you are not in a hurry, elevator is available. This was also the first vacation rental property that I felt so limited on toilet paper. 2 bathrooms had 2 rolls each, which really wasn't enough for our 6 adults Our entire party agreed that this rental was AWESOME. The location and price was right. We would definitely stay here again.

Dockside Condos

I will start with the view was great. We got to see dolphins multiple times close up along with a stingray. The overall location was good walking distance to everything. The things we were not really impressed by was advertising of the dock. You could barely walk out on it because it was blocked off and required special permition along with no fishing. The second day we were there both elevators broke down one got stuck on the fourth floor and the other went below where it was supposed to. They were both down for a good 24 hours. The dryer was very loud and noisy and the condo took forever to cool down. The setup was kinda weird since it doesn't have a master bath the master and the second king size bedroom share a bathroom and the queen had its own on the opposite side of the condo. The pool hours were normal 8am-10pm but they decided to do maintenance on it during normal use hours so it was also down for better half of a day. Other then that it was good.

everything was great , great view , great location very clean, we did have an issue on the last day our power went out only in our condo unit, cause was the ac unit. contacted lori she got right on it, the owner actually came to our condo and was awesome she contacted the right people got an ac guy to come out and got us back up, i couldnt have asked for a better owner that takes pride in her condo overall trip was great.

Decent but definitely some deal breaker issues

Nice property, beautiful location. Would probably stay here again, just not this unit. These are my own personal experiences………..-Elevator is extremely slow, and there are 2. -No water pressure at all but maybe because the shower heads were filthy.-No wash cloths were provided, minimal towels. -No private balcony…it’s a shared walkway that overlooks the bay, but chairs were provided.-Pool is shared with MOTEL property next door. And it’s not really big enough for both properties and the motels guest were less than desirable. Kids were dumping bags of chips in pool for the birds and a child almost drowned due to lack of supervision.-Property says private and no trespassers but we met several people the used the property for the pool or to fish that weren’t guest.-The door to building is secure but the stairs on the side aren’t, so what’s the point.-There is mold on the ceiling in 2 different rooms, this is highly concerning as it’s by the vent and looks to been covered up before-Couldn’t use washer, literally infested with mold. -The tile floors are filthy. Grout is black. So that tells me there is a lack of adequate cleaning -Also…..no overhead lighting or ceiling fans. It’s all by lamp. Except for kitchen and bath of course. And they were all unplugged, so I had to figure out the plugs and switches. -Also, wasn’t a fan of any of the beds. Like cardboard boxes. Cheap, thin and noisy. I took several pics to prove. My opinion is …..wasn’t worth the high price.

I thought the condo itself was average. It was a great location. The beds were very hard and noisy. Floors were not clean and slippery in places. Showers were old and small. I give it a rating of 10 for location and 5 for everything else.

Great location, beautiful view

The apartment was in a great location close to the beach and has a beautiful view. The check in process was easy and the host very easy to contact. The parking is so easy. The pool area is great. The apartment however, is in need of some updating. There are some lights not working and there is no main light in the living area which was odd. The furniture in one of the bedrooms was grubby and in need of some attention. The insides of cupboards etc are in need of a good clean, declutter and tidy. The tv also did not work in the main living area. All in all a great base to explore Clearwater and surrounding areas.

Loved this place! Clean and very nice. Good/easy communication with host. Condo is just a few blocks away from the “very busy” area but with in walking distance of the beach, and many restaurants, bars and shops. It was just what i wanted

Great location

Property was great but no pool. Supposed to share pool with property next door but pool was being worked on. Allowed to use another pool which was farther away,which my husband could not walk to, very crowded being used by 3 properties and was not clean

Great Condo across from the beach.

We loved this place. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of room for 6 people. Lori was very quick to respond to any concerns great host. Will definitely return and stay here again.

My family and I have stayed in this condo several times and we will certainly be back again. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. The view is beautiful, the pool is fun, and the location is excellent. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

Clearwater beach

Great location

Condo was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did very little driving. Condo was very spacious-loved the layout and 3 bedrooms were a bonus!

Great stay at a Great location

There was a group of six of us that were spending a few days in Clearwater before taking a cruise out of Tampa. We had booked a place in July for an October stay. Three weeks before we were to arrive, the original place cancelled. We were lucky to find this place. This was a much better place. The location is great. Several of our folks wanted beach time, which was a short walk. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. The unit was perfect for six adults. The beds are very comfy. We had no problems, so we did not get to meet Lori. She sent a great email with check in and check out instructions. We didn't see any dolphins from the balcony. If we come to the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great spot, Lori.
