The Perfect Stay

The accommodation, service, staff and location could not be faulted. The villa was huge, so much bigger than the pictures (we had a lounge we didn't know what to do with). There was a surprise games room in the garage which kept us entertained on rest days. Plus the club house was a short 5 minute walk and had so many facilities it was perfect to spend a few hours enjoying the atmosphere. In summary perfection.

A beautiful and very spacious villa with a lovely private pool A great living space for a large group, all rooms have ensuite facilities. Lovely space inside and out for family time Great location only a few minutes' walk from the onsite community pool and club. Within 30 minutes of all the major Disney and Universal parks and local shops and restaurants were no more than a 5-minute drive away Overall an excelletn villa in a great location

The house was great, but the community pool was overcrowded.

The house and private pool were perfect. I just don’t think I’d stay at Solterra again. Too many people for the size of the community pool.

Loved it. Amazing Home

The home was amazing. The whole family loved it. Plenty of space for everyone - we were 3 families staying together and not once did we feel on top of each other. Super clean. The pool is south facing so we got the sun all day. The resort had excellent facilities - the pool and lazy river were a massive hit for our kids. The Ellis team were brilliant to work with and we can only thank them for the food pack - this was a big plus. We best start saving for the next holiday

Nuestra estadía fue excelente desde el primer momento. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre estuvo disponible para responder cualquier duda. La comunicación fue clara y rápida. El alojamiento estaba impecable, tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). La limpieza fue sobresaliente, y todos los espacios eran cómodos y bien equipados. La cama era muy cómoda, y el wifi funcionó sin problemas durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también fue perfecta: segura, tranquila y cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y transporte público. Además, nos dejaron algunos detalles de bienvenida que hicieron la experiencia aún más especial. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!
