Located in the heart of Destin, this updated 2 bedroom, two bathroom is in the 43-acre gated Sandpiper Cove resort. Sandpiper Cove spans from Destin harbor to the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Private gated beach includes 1100 feet of private beachfront with beach service, beach bar and grill, bathrooms, showers, BBQs, rental kayaks and paddleboards. Bring your boat and launch from the on site boat launch, just steps away!

4231 offers FREE beach service! During the season (March 1- October 31) you will get 2 beach chairs (with leg rests) and an umbrella set up on the beach. This is a $50 per day value!

Boaters will love staying at Sandpiper Cove Unit 4231! This unit offers convenient covered parking for your boat, and you can take advantage of the free on-site boat launch. If you need a dedicated spot, canal slips are available for rent at an additional fee. Please note that availability is limited, so be sure to contact the resort directly to secure your spot.

On the harbor side, Seascape is a boater`s playground and includes a free boat/waverunner ramp, and kayak launch (only steps from the condo!) into Destin Harbor. Call Sandpiper Cove for details on bringing a boat.

PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit allows up to 2 DOGS weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The condo is located on the top floor and has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. There is no elevator to this floor.

Kitchen
As you enter, you`ll be greeted by a beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a coffee maker (both regular and Keurig), plus all the cookware and utensils you`ll need. The kitchen has an adjoining laundry room includes two full-size washers and dryers for your convenience, complete with laundry tabs.

Living Area
The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining area that seats four. A bar counter off the kitchen is ideal for casual breakfasts or a cup of coffee, seats three.

Step out onto the private balcony, where you can enjoy views of the marina. Every Thursday night during peak season, you can watch the spectacular fireworks display right from your deck, adding a touch of magic to your evenings.
