Kick your feet up on the fully-furnished balcony and take in breathtaking superior center views of the Gulf waves and shoreline! This 7th floor, well-appointed Blue Crab condo hosts up to 6 guests comfortably. The extra-long, 30-foot balcony overlooks the beach and the lagoon-style pool/hot tub with lush tropical landscaping, palm trees and creative brickwork. Rental includes a reserved parking space on the 7th floor steps from your door. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub on the premises.

The coastal chic Blue Crab condo has high grade LVP flooring throughout and fresh-painted walls with beach-inspired colors and artwork. The master bedroom has a king size Sealy Posturepedic Plus mattress and the second bedroom bunk beds have plush twin mattresses. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has an upgraded gel foam 4.5” thick mattress. You will have ocean views from the living room and main bedroom! Comfort features are remote-controlled directional ceiling fans, a dehumidifier along with black-out, grommet-style curtains in main bedroom and living room. TVs in every room! LG 75” UHD 4K Smart TV in the living room, a LG 60” HD TV in the main bedroom and a LG HD Smart TV in the bunk room cubby.

The fully equipped granite-counter kitchen has new GE stainless steel appliances, ceramic non-stick cookware, dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, cutlery, Keurig coffeemaker, and new Maytag dishwasher. Also, a stacked GE washer and dryer is ready for use. Bring your beach towels and flip flops to begin your vacation in paradise at the Shores of Panama!

Shores of Panama’s location on popular Thomas Drive is convenient to great restaurants and many PCB attractions. The famous Pineapple Willy’s is next door and a Walmart Supercenter is across the street. New attractions coming include Top Golf, Dolly Parton’s Pirate’s Voyage Dinner Theatre and Tootsie’s. Pier Park offers first class dining and shopping. For eco-attractions, check out St. Andrews State Park for a natural beach experience and Ponce de Leon Springs State Park for natural hot springs and walking trails.
