Renovated Beachfront Condo-7th Floor-Top of the Gulf- Beach Chairs Incl.

My boutique condominium is located in the heart of Thomas Drive directly on the beach with views of the white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. The studio features a king size bed, full size couch and accent chair, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining room table, bunk beds, full size bathroom with custom stand up shower. The condominium common areas feature fitness center on the 3rd floor, coin laundry on every other floor, large pool with a kiddie pool, common area balconies throughout the complex (unit does not have private balcony) picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings, snack bar by pool (open seasonal), shuffle board and beach chairs provided by the beach service.

My condo is fully stocked with all the linens and utensils that you may need. Come and stay in this newly remodeled condo, I guarantee you will love the accommodations.

Panama City stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, my stay was excellent.The room was exceptionally clean, and I was impressed with the modern, new appliances. Everything was in great condition and contributed to a very comfortable stay. The staff was professional and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.My only small critique is that the bunk bed room felt a bit smaller than how it appeared in the pictures. However, it wasn’t a major issue, and I was able to look past it without it affecting my overall satisfaction.I give your hotel very high reviews and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

Family Vacation to PCB

So many great things I could say about this condo but I’m afraid I’ll leave something out. Hands down, if you want a beach front condo this is the place to stay. Beach views, absolutely beautiful! The room was so clean, well kept and very accommodating. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kids loved having the bunk beds for their own space. Best of all the host was easy to contact and one of the easiest I’ve had the opportunity to work with. A very Kid Friendly resort, Ice Cream within walking distance (at the end of parking lot), nice beach, great pool. If you’re looking for a great place for a family vacation highly recommend!

PCB Getaway

Me and my family stayed at this location and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is fully renovated and has very comfortable beds and accommodations with as fully stocked kitchen and bathroom items. There is a game room in the building that had some games and also a beautiful pool. The views from the condo room are amazing especially during sunrise. I would recommend and stay at this property again. My teens enjoyed the bunk beds and me and my wife both agree that this was an amazing property. Jason is an amazing owner and easily assessable.

Our stay in unit #717, Top of the Gulf, was amazing! The condo smells like a brand new house when walking in. Everything has been updated and it’s better than the pictures! It’s was spotless. We loved the Keurig, the huge refrigerator, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything is top notch and looks brand new! Great location and not congested with traffic. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing

This is a pristine condo. Everyone is super nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time with our grandchildren. On the beach and amazing pool. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to stay. Great price too!

This condo was specifically remodeled and outfitted for a short term rental. This condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, it has a pool, all the furnishings are first class, the mattress are pillow top plush mattress, kitchen is fully furnished, beautiful views, close to all the restaurants and attractions. Come enjoy your sunset view in paradise.
