This amazing property features a wrap around porch, 5 queen bedrooms, an extra rollaway twin bed, 3 full bathrooms, a sauna and. Large enough for large family or guests. Kid friendly features include playpen/bassinet, high chair and kid friendly dinnerware, Home features off-street parking. Essential amenities like WiFi, heating, Laundry Room and large Game/Media Room. Relax in the cozy bedrooms or enjoy a soak in the tub after a day of exploring. Home includes 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards and snow tubes (usage of each is at own risk). Access to home is conveniently just off east-west Hwy 18 about mid way between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Great location for year round activities; hiking, biking and off-roading in the summer and a variety of snow sports in the winter. Minutes away from Snow Valley Resort, Snow Drift Tubing Park and Rim Nordic Cross Country Ski Area & Mountain Bike Park. Additional lakes in the area for fishing; Green Valley Lake is about 15min away. Big Bear Lake is about 25min away to the East as well as Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resorts for even more winter fun. Lake Arrowhead Resort and Village is 20min to the West with shops and amenities. There is also a baseball/softball field (Tucker Field) about 200yards from the house.

The home is situated directly on Arrowbear Lake which is a small seasonal lake and filled by snow melt and rain runoff (the lake may be dry or low depending on precipitation). There are two single person kayaks as well as paddles and flotation vests at house for use. The lake is usually stocked with trout by California Fish and Wildlife twice a year for fishing, you can check their website for stock dates.

This is a mountain property located at approximately 6,000ft in elevation. During winter months, be sure to check CALTRANS website for any special access restrictions on your travel route. House has a few private parking areas at the home, there is room for approximately 3-5 cars. Parking is subject to potential snow in winter, there is no street parking. Vehicles may be required to have chains available or installed duiring winter months. Host is not responsible for weather delays or any other conditions beyond our control.
