Fantastice condo. Clean, well stocked with everthing. great owner who responds immediately, great location to watch golfers tee off 13th hole, great friendly neighbors, and the best is the little hummingbird that visits everyday and sits on top of the feeder even if you are on patio.

Beauty in the Desert

It was a wonderful experience. Everything was so beautiful. We had only once concern and that was that there were no grab bars in either bath. We are now both well into our seventies, and not as spry as we used to be, so it was a concern. But the overall experience was wonderful and beautiful!!

Great view!

Easy communication with owner. Great view from back patio looking down the 13th fairway into the mountains. Villa is very centrally located within the valley. No more than 20 minutes from all attractions. Overall it was a great value for the money.

It was very beautiful and clean. My only suggestion is to go out and buy memory foam bed toppers because they were needed.

Perfect getaway for pool and tennis

Great place for a family getaway over spring break! Pools and tennis courts were so convenient - the closest pool was used the most by our young kids and we took a few excellent tennis lessons from the tennis pro on site. AC, kitchen, bathrooms all worked flawlessly and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for a relaxing and fun stay!

Great location

The condo is located on a hilltop in the Desert Falls development behind the tee box of the 13th hole. The furniture is light and modern, the kitchen well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. We rented it for two months, and were able to stay another two months due to the virus scare. A great place to spend our time under self quatentine.

Everything You Need

Overall we were all very happy with our stay here! I’d stay again. -Pros: comfortable house, close to pool, very quiet, nice view of the 13th hole, well stocked house (lots of paper towels, extra TP, lots of pool towels, etc.), parking was easy, getting through the security entrance was pretty quick & painless, master was huge, beds were comfortable -Cons: they leave the hot water heater on “vacation” mode even when they have guests checking in, so showers were like warm until we went into the garage to turn it up. I’d think having the cleaners turn that on if new guests are checking in would be a nice and easy thing to do! Also, normal checkin time is 3pm — luckily they were able to accommodate us with an early checkin but it was still 2pm which was a bummer, as we’d really liked to have been able to checkin around 12/1pm to enjoy our Friday

Lovely property and location

We have stayed at several properties here at Desert Falls over the years and this one ranks among our favorites. The view is spectacular, the decor is modern, inviting and comfortable. The back patio is comfortable anytime, day or night. And the hummingbirds are a bonus! Swimming pool is easily accessible and we'll cared for. The owners were very accessible and helpful. Correspondence was timely and efficient. We look forward to returning soon!

January in Desert Falls

We have leased several times in Desert Falls over the years. This was the best equipped unit we have been in. It is in need of updating the kitchen and bathrooms but is overall very comfortable. The views from the patio are outstanding. If you are looking for sun on the patio you will not find it in the month of January. The owners proved to be very friendly and easy to work with. Access to a pool is easy.

Incredible Experience!

On the spur of the moment Dan, the owner, put us in his fabulous condo in Desert Falls. The unit itself is amazing. We really didn't need 2 bedrooms but it was sure nice to have that option for storing our suitcases, etc. The view out onto the 13th Tee and beyond is incredible. The peace and solitude was a huge 'plus', we slept like babies. The kitchen is stocked with very good pots and pans, and the cutlery is top name. The unit is on the ground floor which we appreciated and the garage is just outside the front door. We took full advantage of the health club on the grounds which is a modern facility with high end quality machines. As renters, use of the club is part of the package. The owners are very easy to work with and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We will definitely rent this condo again!

A nice spot for a relaxing vacation

Our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday here for the second year in a row. The condo is on the first floor and has an amazing view towards the mountains looking out over the golf course. It is very clean (important for us) and well stocked (also important, because we did prepare most of our meals here this time). Plenty of linens, beds comfortable, nothing to complain about. It is somewhat dated in decor, but that was not an issue with us. The pool and hot tub were close by. A good choice for a vacation.

Great condo

Stayed here over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed our stay. Condo was one of the better stocked placed we've stayed in, having all the little essentials that we usually need to go out and buy. The pool and hot tub were very close by. The pool was heated and the hot tub was actually hot unlike most other rentals I've been at. The location was perfect as I could sit on the couch with my morning coffee (blinds open) watching gofers tee off the 13th tee. Also used the fitness center which had plenty of equipment. Would definitely stay here again.
