The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a cozy breakfast nook. Gather for meals around the formal dining table that seats six, or dine alfresco on the back patio while taking in the serene fairway views.



All three bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, spacious en suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a large shower over tub, plus its own private enclosed patio. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and en suite bathroom, providing flexibility for guests and family. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and is conveniently located near the third full bathroom.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.



The Neighborhood:

Situated just 3 miles from the vibrant El Paseo Shopping District and 2 miles from the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, this location offers easy access to cultural attractions, upscale shopping, and exquisite dining. Located in Palm Desert, you're perfectly poised to explore vibrant local culture, upscale shopping, and delectable dining merely a few minutes' drive away. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.





Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
