My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property!! It is centrally located on Cape Cod with easy access to any activity you might want to do. House is immaculate inside and out and is well stocked with every possible “extra” that you might need for your stay. Owners put a lot of thought into functionality and convenience of each item available to guests. This was our first trip to the Cape and this property was perfect!!

Incredible Getaway in South Yarmouth

Incredibly welcoming property in a quieter neighborhood right near a couple of great beaches, tons of restaurants/bars, and central to some cool day trip spots. It felt like Keith and Lynn rolled out the red carpet for u. The check-in was a breeze. House was super clean, and stocked with everything needed for a beach day. Snacks, water bottles, and even a bottle of wine greeted us when we arrived. Awesome experience. We stayed with our 3 younger children, and the bedroom setup was perfect. The pictures online are fantastic, but this place is even better in person. Wow!

Amazing Property

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house was very clean, had lovely decor and was fully stocked with all the essentials. The yard was beautifully manicured with grass for the kids to play and a wonderful seating area. We hope to book this place again next summer!

Perfect for Our Needs

We needed a place to stay near Cape Cod Hospital for a major surgery and recovery. We chose this property because of its convenient location, quality and accessibility. It is a beautifully decorated and fully equipped Cape Cod style home. The owners were extremely helpful, flexible and welcoming. Its location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and would unconditionally recommend to others.

Immaculate, thoughtful, and adorable

I rented Lynn and Keith’s house to visit my dad over the holidays. I rent on the Cape twice a year and this was the best place I’ve been in. Clean, uncluttered, stocked with everything you need, and close to everything. Communication with Lynn was great. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing!!

We loved our stay at Summer Ayer Too! Lynn and Keith have thought of everything you might need: ear plugs, extra hair elastics, ziplock bags, cooking oil, etc. The moment we walked in we felt welcome. I would recommend any property that Lynn and Keith have, we enjoyed our stay so much and there is not enough positive things to say about it. This was an amazing experience, the property was beautiful, great location and amazing hosts!

A GreatVacation Home with all Modern updates

This home is wonderfully done, tastefully decorated, Clean, with all modern appliances , flat screen TVs , USB plug ins in every room in every room, A great outdoor Patio Area, with grill and out door shower. This home is with in walking distance all Nantucket sound beaches, fun parks for the kids, shopping areas.

Delightful week

We had a wonderful week at this property. Perfect location to all we wanted but so peaceful and quiet. It’s a great neighborhood as we have rented on this street in the past. The house was so well appointed in tasteful coastal color schemes and the hosts left nothing uncovered as far as necessities. We look forward to renting again next year from this same house !

5 Stars – Absolutely Stunning Stay with Exceptional Hosts

We recently stayed at this beautiful home in Cape Cod and were absolutely blown away. The property is gorgeous — clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location — but what truly made our stay exceptional were our hosts, Keith and Kristi.My wife has chemical and scent sensitivities, and from the moment we booked, Keith and Kristi took this incredibly seriously. They went above and beyond to make sure the home was fragrance-free and safe for her, and we were genuinely moved by the level of care and consideration they showed. It’s rare to find that kind of thoughtfulness, and it meant the world to us.They checked in after our first night to make sure everything was going well, and throughout our stay they shared great local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable.This wasn’t just a place to stay — it felt like a truly cared-for experience. Cape Cod Heaven.Perfect in every way.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful cottage as part of a retirement road trip. We left the cottage with both heavy hearts and happy memories. The cottage is beautifully furnished, the attention to detail in order to provide the perfect guest experience is quite exceptional. Set in a quiet tree lined road, it is a perfect place to ‘come home to’ after a day of exploring this gorgeous part of the world, where everyone is so friendly and willing to help. A stunning beach is situated just a short walk away, as is an excellent restaurant. From our very first contact with Lynn and Keith we were made to feel valued guests, and due to two changes of dates due to unforeseen circumstances at our end, they both went above and beyond what would normally be required from hosts. With all that they were unobtrusive yet professional and friendly, whilst allowing us to have the perfect stay. In all our years of travelling together we can both say that this is one of the best, if not the best holiday property we have ever stayed at. We would both return in a heart beat and would encourage others to visit this little bit of Cape Cod heaven.

Fabulous

We were thrilled with this home and with the friendly owners. The property is immaculate, with plentiful outdoor seating around a beautiful firepit. Apparently there is also an outdoor shower, which we did not use. Once inside, you are greeted by a welcoming note and a complimentary bottle of wine. The decor is perfect, reflecting a beachy vibe yet certainly upscale. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace, very cozy on a rainy evening. The home boasts everything you could need or want, books on the area, bottles of water, even a sound machine in the main bedroom, with lots of extras you might have forgotten to pack, all labeled in containers. My husband used the free wifi--too much!--to work from the small desk area in the small bedroom. And the eating nook, with motorized shade, is delightful. Because we are on special diets, I brought all pre-cooked food so we didn’t utilize the well-equipped and charming kitchen. Whoever decorated this home did so with love and thoughtfulness. We can't wait to return next year!

Two wonderful weeks on the Cape!

I have rented properties all over the country and I have to say that this house far exceeded our expectations. It was so well kept and the hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. We usually like to stay at different places, however we would return to this house again and again!

Wonderful property with lots of amenities and features. Large outdoor area and backyard, and the patio was very nice. The location was great and fairly convenient to the beach. Only a 15 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Owner was respectful and courteous

Owners thought of everything!

The house is fantastic! Clean and well maintained. The yard is impeccable (and provided for daily sprinkler excitement for my 3 year old). The little touches really make this rental special. Lynn and Keith go out of their way to make the house a home for the week. The beds are all comfortable and the central air makes for a cool sanctuary after the beach.

Wonderful Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was spotless and even better than expected from descriptions/photos. They thought of most things and had extra items on hand of anything that you could need. The outdoor seating was probably the best part for us. I've already sent the property link to friends if that is any indication of how much we enjoyed.

The house exceeded all our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping and outdoor seating,. Comfortable beds. All the modern touches while still feeling warm and welcoming.

It brings us great pleasure to create vacation experiences which exceed guests expectations. We own two adjacent properties which is ideal for families who want to vacation together, but need their own living space.
