Welcome to Cape Cod! Relax and enjoy your summer vacation in this newly furnished beach house with all the comforts of home. Located just 450' from Lewis Bay with Englewood Beach within walking distance as well as two smaller "neighborhood beaches". Kick back and relax in this 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bath home with an open concept floor plan. Enjoy the outdoors with family and friends utilizing the gas grill on the paver patio w/ firepit facing south with WATER VIEWS at the end of the street. Last home on small quiet dead end street with spacious yard. A great location to kayak and/or bike from too! Centrally located on the cape, 1 Mile from Rt. 28.

We loved this little cottage! It was a great location a short walk to Lewis Bay, and close to lots of great beaches, restaurants and mini golf. The house was clean and comfortable and just right for our family of five. We had a great week, we just wished we could have stayed longer!

Cape Cod Charm

We had an amazing time in this quaint home. The house was super clean and all the beds were very comfortable. It is a great location to Seagull beach and Main Street, Hyannis. There is a small beach down the road that we enjoyed too!

Great stay!

Dawn’s home is lovely - it’s got a cool beach vibe and a great location. The kids really appreciated the games and the house is well-stocked with the necessities for a beach vacation. Dawn is an extremely accommodating host and communication was excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

We had such a nice vacation. Dawn and Kevin were fabulous hosts. This property is the perfect rental; it is clean, quiet, steps from the water, and an ideal location on The Cape. We will definitely be returning.

Family Vacation

It was great! Easy access to beaches and town. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Kids had some friends come by hang out by the fireplace walk to the beach and go fishing.

Beautiful house, ideal location

The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It looked exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the short walk to the small beach (great for our young kids) and 5-minute drive to a bigger beach. Central location to Hyannis and Dennis too. The house is at the end of a dead end street, making it very quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend, and we hope to return.

Always the best!

Dawn's place is such a delight! This is our third year in a row staying here, and it's now officially our summer vacation spot! The location is such a dream. This year we rented kayaks and SUPs for Lewis Bay, which is just a one block walk. It really feels like a private beach, and we love that you can see the water from the outdoor dining table. Seagull Beach is our favorite, just a short drive away. Definitely rent this lovely home!

Simply Perfect

What a gem! Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. Very clean, full of natural and some of the best central air conditioning! I really enjoyed being steps from the ocean and breathing in that salty air every morning. We’ll be back for sure!

A cozy haven

We had a wonderful time at this sweet cottage! It was immaculate, so bright and loved the beachy interior! It was well stocked with everything. Comfy furniture, great napping couch! Very close to a small beach with a walking pier. The cottage looked just like the pictures, which rarely happens. It's on a quiet dead end street, felt very safe. Great communication with Dawn.

Cape Cod Cozy Cottage

Wonderful stay with everything needed to unwind and relax. 2 min walk to the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac, and although the weather was less than stellar during our trip, the outdoor spaces still got lots of use. Inside is adorable, with comfort and convenience throughout and a super fall-asleep-in-it couch. Keep in mind there is not much right near the property unless you walk quite a bit - so plan accordingly, but property has lots of games/beach goods/entertainment/internet. However, only about 5 mins car ride to food/services and then another 10 or so to Hyannis. Can't really go wrong if you are looking to take it easy.

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation!

My family and I have been coming to Cape Cod for 30+ years but needed our own space away from our family house. This house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for a week of cooking. The outside space was great and the fire pit was perfect for night time cocktails. There’s a beach at the end of the street and several others within walking distance. The house was exceptionally clean and the furnishing were very comfortable, especially the couch! The outside shower was great and the the games were wonderful for the kids. We will definitely rent this house again in the future! Thank you.

What an adorable house! It was perfect for our family of 4. It is super cozy and cute design theme throughout. We loved having the outdoor space and sat out there every night. We were sad to leave.

Cape Cod paradise!

Dawn left no stones unturned when it came to setting up their house! The beds were SO comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the amenities were the best we have seen in a house yet. Our family enjoyed all the games on our rainy days and were thankful to have space to spread out in the house. The location was perfect for our family (kids ages 8, 5, and 3) and the quiet street was so nice. We enjoyed walking to the water at the end of the road to hunt for crabs and go fishing. West Yarmouth was a prime location on the Cape to get to beaches and attractions. We will stay again for sure! Thanks, Dawn and Kevin!

A lovely spot for families or friend groups of all ages

A great little corner of the best part of the Cape. The beach up the block is a bit small for our taste, but Seagull Beach is only a four minute drive away. The house itself is cozy and well-appointed with most everything needed. Outdoor shower is nice for washing off the beach before going in. Only suggestion would be to provide an umbrella for the picnic table.
