Welcome to The Bayview, with a 270 degree view of Guffin Bay and Adams Cove, The Bayview is the ideal home for those seeking relaxation or adventure on the water. The property hosts a boat launch capable for access to small fishing boats, jet skis and kayaks! This fantastic property boasts 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms equipped with amenities that will make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.
For larger boats a public boat launch is located next door to the property. We can provide protected docking within a boathouse neighboring the property, free of charge, based upon request and signature of waiver. You will notice the permanent dock at the property is under construction due to damage sustained under previous ownership from flooding. The building permit for the dock is currently processing and we appreciate your patience as we continue working to restore the dock back to its previous status as the focal point of the property. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions!
Sackets Harbor, Clayton and Alexandria Bay are all neighboring locations within the Thousand Islands region.
The source of water is a shore well, therefore the water is not potable. The owner provides a 4 gallon bottle of drinking water at each booking. Guests are responsible for drinking water beyond that.
Here are a few additional helpful notes:
**There is a guest fee of $20 per guest per night after 2 guests. Permission for extra guests after booking has to be given by the host, for which the same charges will apply.**
-Wifi is available on the property as well as access to YoutubeTV via smart television in the living room. Wifi network ID and passcode is located in the guidebook in the home.
-We provide a complimentary bundle of firewood and firestarter. Additional firewood is available for purchase. Feel free to bring your own as well.
-Complimentary bag of ice provided.
The neighborhood is an enjoyable, tranquil lakeside community. Please be respectful of others, thank you!
