Regarding the property management during this stay: Guest Safety & Communication: When the guest experienced a lock issue, I immediately responded and worked with them to resolve it that evening to ensure their safety and seamless access. Maintenance Scheduling: Routine window work was preemptively communicated, but out of respect for the guest's privacy and request, we immediately cancelled the appointment so their stay would not be interrupted. Guest Policy: To maintain safety and property integrity, we enforce a strict occupant limit. When additional guests beyond the agreed-upon reservation size are present, standard policy fees apply.
