Put your large group within minutes of downtown! This thoughtfully-designed, 5 BR, 3 bathroom home features a modern kitchen, bright rooms, and 2 king beds.
A lush fenced-in yard offers privacy and serenity (and a hot tub). It`s a great space for children & pets.
Conveniently located just across the river from the Strip and Cultural District, enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions while retreating to a quiet, welcoming backyard. A fine blend of city living and relaxation.
Enter through the front door to find the living room on your left, and notice how the the rooms flow one to the next - living, dining, kitchen - making an ideal gathering and hangout space for a larger group.
The first floor also includes a bonus bedroom all the way at the back of the house, and a full bathroom beyond the kitchen. This bedroom also exits onto the rear deck.
You can also exit into the backyard and driveway area through the kitchen. This door also serves as the second entrance to the house, if you park in the driveway.
Outdoor areas: The yard is completely fenced-in and private, with a gated driveway (lockable) as the only entry point from outside. There is deck behind the house with a hot tub, looking out over the secluded backyard.
The second floor includes two bedrooms with generous closet space, both with king beds. In the hallway there is full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The third floor has two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, along with a closet for the washer and dryer. Both third floor bedrooms have queen beds. The front bedroom adds a twin day bed, and the back bedroom adds a crib and a children`s play area. Plus a nice view of the Pittsburgh skyline.
All bedrooms have Roku TVs, except the second and third floor rear bedrooms.

East Allegheny, also known as Deutschtown, is a thriving, historic Northside neighborhood. While the area offers numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, this house sits on a quieter street on the western side of the neighborhood.
The house is less than one block away from the historic Max`s Allegheny Tavern, and it`s easy walking distance to Allegheny General Hospital, Allegheny Commons Park, The National Aviary, and The Children`s Museum of Pittsburgh.
If you`re traveling by car, you`ll find no shortage of free off-street parking right in front of the house. Most North Side and downtown attractions are
~OUR RULES~
Thank you for reviewing the following important guidelines prior to checking in.
We appreciate you taking a moment to familiarize yourself with these policies to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form/ID verification that you are required to complete, sign, and return at least 72 hours before your arrival. The address and door code will only be provided if the form is complete.
2. If you are local and / or under the age of 25 please notify us before making your reservation.
3. We may place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. This is primarily for guests without an established track record of reviews from previous hosts.
4. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow our standard cancellation policy.
5. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 9:00 pm until 9:00am; please be respectful of the neighbors.
6. Absolutely no parties or events allowed
7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number. And guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
8. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted inside the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage.
There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
9. There can not be any more than the registered number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
10. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a $25 Pet fee will be applied per pet, per night.
• Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
• We are unable to host breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 50 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).
11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
• At departure: Please wash or place any remaining dirty dishes in the dishwasher
• Please bag up all trash and place in the outdoor containers (see house guidebook for instructions)
• Please follow all posted/guidebook rules for properties with special amenities like fire pits and hot tubs
12. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.
13. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. If you do leave something important behind, we will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
17. There is an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night, for every person after the 5th guest.
We require precise guest counts. To respect our cleaning staff and the next guests, you need to accurately report how many people are in your group.
This allows us to properly plan for cleaning and re-supplying after your stay. When needed, we will use exterior camera footage and Minut crowd sensors to determine how many people were in the house.
FOR MEDIUM-TERM (30+ DAYS) STAYS ONLY:
18. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).
19. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we may require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning may take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning may be mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
20. The cleaning fee for the mid-stay clean may be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.
21. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more). For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
