Treat your family and friends to a refreshing, outdoorsy escape at this spacious home right on the shores of Lake Anna. This family-friendly retreat offers a tranquil, away-from-it-all atmosphere that everyone will appreciate. The outdoor area features a lush lawn and a cozy firepit for evening gatherings.



All Decked Out spans two levels. On the first floor, relax in a welcoming living area with comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and a TV—ideal for unwinding. From here, step out onto the patio to enjoy the gas grill and outdoor space.



Upstairs on the main floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen perfect for creating memorable meals and snacks. The roomy living area comfortably seats your entire group, while the deck provides a scenic outdoor dining space—complete with a special dining area just for kids.



With Lake Anna as your backyard, you'll have endless opportunities for outdoor adventure in this breathtaking lakefront setting!



You can head to Lake Anna State Park less than 10 miles north and try your hand at hiking, biking, and horseback riding, or take a guided tour of the Goodwin Gold Mine. King's Dominion might be 27.4 miles away, but it's one of the most popular theme parks nearby! The historic city of Fredericksburg is a short 30-mile drive.



Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and boat house. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Enjoy Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Pets are allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
