The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo for an added layer of separation. With one reserved covered parking spot and direct access to the condo, your arrival will be hassle-free—no gates or codes required!
Located within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center and vibrant Palm Canyon Drive, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
There is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
