Thank you Warren Beach Rentals for putting us in this beach house. It fit every need, and we loved it. To be able to walk our small kids right out to the pool and back without having to fight elevators was the biggest flex of all time. Can NOT beat the location. Cant wait to come back.

Gorgeous seas

The weather was less than perfect with lots of rain and wind but we still managed lots of time in the sun. The water here is absolutely beautiful. Even with the rough surf it was emerald green. The condo was clean, roomy and the king beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful location. Powder soft beach within a couple of minutes of the building. Very secure buildingso safety was not an issue.The traffic is horrendous at times.

Ocean front first floor

Great location although being on the first floor you couldn’t see the ocean from the condo. It was super convenient to walk out the back door to the pool, hot tub and beach. The beach was amazing…. It is located in a gated area so we felt safe while there. Lots of neighboring restaurants, shopping and other activities. The pool was not heated for the first two days but they fixed it quickly. I’d stay again!

Nice complex- felt safe with family and small children. The unit was nice- had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would have been nice to have been provided a guide to the area for local eating and such- but we easily found yelp reviews of best restaurants.The road in front of unit is EXTREMELY busy and traffic was terrible any time of day. Wasn't aware of private beach rules- didn’t like that the shoreline felt overtaken by umbrella and chair companies that “ruled” that area and that we couldn’t set up a shade for the small kids other than umbrella. While Destin beach water and sand were gorgeous- we won’t be back due to the private beach rules- which is not this owners fault in any way… we were just unaware.

Excellent Spring Break Vacation

A clean, well-appointed condo that matches the online listing. The ground floor location was ideal, making access to the beach and pool super-convenient. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely look to rent this property the next time we come to Destin.

Great Place!

The description of the condo was spot on. The owner kept in touch to make sure stay was great. The first floor level is perfect and you can walk right out on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

This location was perfect. The walkout to the patio and gated pool was by far the biggest plus! Arriving and departing was very easy and the covered parking was a great bonus! If we return to destin, I’m hoping to scoop this gem up again!💙🌴

Good place to stay. Couple suggestions, need more and better quality towels,

Maintenance should be done when guests are not there, they were beating on our door at 8 am, water was barely warm. Loved the assigned parking space
