This fully furnished rental offers a large yard with expansive lake frontage to enjoy sunrises/sunsets while rocking on the back porch.

This spacious home offers a Kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, baking, hosting and entertaining. An open concept living room with a gorgeous view of the lake. Outside you can enjoy gas grilling and yard games with family and friends as well as fishing from the aluminum dock.

Local Attractions:
Midway State Park- a seasonal state -run family friendly amusement park is only a 5 minute drive! Midway State Park was established in 1898 as a trolley park and is one of the oldest continually operating amusement parks in the nation.

Bemus Point Golf Club and Tap House offers a challenging 9-hole golf course that is open to the public. The Tap House offers delicious food and serves (20) craft brews daily.

Minimum rental for this property is 3 nights, but this can change depending on the season you plan on staying. Previous guests have reported good ratings because of the excellent service rendered by the owner or manager that has consistently provided great experiences for their guests. Most families or guests that have rented with us have recommended it to their family and friends and some of them are repeat guests! House is in a friendly neighborhood, and the village of Bemus Point has interesting places, to shop, eat, golf and visit.
