Santa Teresa is a spectacular tropical paradise with white sandy beaches, turquoise water and incredible sunsets. For surfers, Santa Teresa has some of the best breaks on the Pacific coast and for wildlife enthusiasts, there is plenty to see everywhere around you! The Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve is just around the corner. The restaurants are incredible and fresh fish is available wherever you go. There is lots to do in ST from zip lining, to horseback riding, to paddle boarding or fishing. You are close to yoga studios, eco tours and lots of wonderful restaurants and bars for a fun night out. Casa Colibri is a beautiful two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home (250 square meters / 2,700 sq. ft.), created with genuine care and thoughtful design so it feels like a real home—not just a rental. It comfortably hosts up to six guests, making it the ideal place for a relaxed and memorable family vacation.

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a full bathroom. Large glass doors open to breathtaking ocean views, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while cooking or reading a book. Step outside to a covered patio and an infinite pool with absolutely stunning views. The outdoor space also includes a comfortable sitting area (with ceiling fans), lounge chairs, a full-size swing daybed, an outdoor shower, a surfboard rack, a fully equipped BBQ, a full-size dining table, plenty of hummingbirds and butterflies, and panoramic ocean views that will in your memory long after your stay.

The second-floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while the middle room includes two futon sofas that convert into twin-XL beds, suitable for both adults and children. Every room offers stunning views, with the master bedroom overlooking a lush nature preserve. Each room is equipped with its own A/C unit, ceiling fan, built-in closet, and security safe. The second floor also includes a dedicated workstation with a printer.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi (100 MB), Bluetooth Sonos speaker, complimentary cleaning services, fresh linens, towels, beach towels, and all necessary equipment for infants and small children. Our fully stocked kitchen includes reverse osmosis filtered drinking water (no need to buy bottled water), a wine cooler, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, blender, and all your wine and cocktail essentials.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is requested by 10:00 AM.

Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.
