Quaint 1 bedroom with a great view! Walking distance to everything!

We are a small quiet "Ma & Pa" apartment building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. Right on the inter coastal water with a great view of the water. Daily dolphin and manatee sightings from our property almost year round. You can park your car and not get back in it because we are a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, the beach, Pier 60, and the marina where all the entertainment is. Family owned and operated since 1986!

Perfectly located within walking distance to everything at Clearwater beach. Had everything we needed for a nice little stay in Florida. Communication with the host was quick and check-in process was super easy. No complaints!

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area and beach access is across the street. Place is not pristine, but it had everything we needed and we spent every day at the beach so we really didn’t need luxurious. The couple that own it are extremely nice and were very appreciative that we were there since last years hurricane damaged the property and they are working on getting it repaired. I would definitely stay again.

quality of the building is not great, front door was cracked and we were worried it would break, potential asbestos containing materials in the bathroom that have been cracked/disturbed, no sponge for cleaning dishes. very overpriced knowing what we know now. might as well just got to the hotel next door

Oh my gosh!! A perfect host and a perfect property for our stay. It's not glamorous- but you probably shouldn't go to Clearwater Beach if that's your goal. Back drop for a perfect trip!

Quick solo trip

I liked the place, it was good for the purpose of just wanting a quick weekend low-key trip to the beach. As a solo female, I felt safe enough being on the second floor but I'm not sure if I would've felt as safe on the first floor. The tanning deck was nice, and the walk to the beach was amazing. The location of this is really the best part about this spot. I guess also Palmetto bugs (a form of cockroach) are native to Florida and may make an appearance inside, which I did not know ahead of time.

Perfect bungalow

Royal Bay was the perfect accommodations i was looking for, for my weekend getaway. All the essentials are avaliable. The short walk to the beach was just perfect. I liked that it was more on the north end, quiet and calm, no nightlife noise to be bothered by. I like that it wasnt fancy but it was vlean. The check-in and check-out procedures were great for privacy but efficiency. I will be using this host again!

Bay and Ocean

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We had everything and more available to us at the unit that is needed for a home away from home. Was able to view Sea Horses, fish, crabs, and much more off the dock. The Ocean was a short block away which was perfect as we did not plan on renting a car. Very homey and comfortable. Would stay again.
