Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to follow all Folly Beach rules and regulations, which are posted within the home.



🐶 Pets are Allowed:

We happily allow pets at the property for an additional fee. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival, and applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation total. Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required as a result of bringing a pet.



🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Folly Beach has a noise ordinance to help maintain the peace and quality of life for everyone in this beautiful beach community.

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept the potential for ambient noise.



🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
