A large, comfy living room has plenty of seating and a cozy fireplace.  Perfect for movie nights or spending time with family.  The well-appointed eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare quick snacks and “at-home” meals.  A separate dining room offers additional seating for family dinner nights.  A dining table on the screened porch provides for alfresco dining.  There is a half-bath on the main level as well.

A main-level primary features a queen bed and opens to the screened porch.  A full, ensuite bath makes for the perfect, peaceful retreat.

Upstairs brings wonderful views of the marshland and 2 more spacious bedrooms plus a bonus room.  Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a queen-sized bed plus a single bed. The bonus room has a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable daybed that quickly turns into a king-sized double bed made up of two twin xl's.

A 6-seat golf cart is included with your rental.  Head out and explore all that Fripp has to offer, from dining to tennis, golf and great activities.  Tootling around the island is the best way to see all the amazing nature and wildlife on the coast.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
