Stayed for one night while visiting a friend. This is a small apartment that would be good for short stays for 1-2 people. It was comfortable for me. The location is pretty central for fishtown, but was still pretty quiet at night. The place was clean and neat. There are a lot of steep stairs so that’s something to consider if you have younger children or if stairs are difficult for you.

The host, Alberto, was great. Answered my questions and seems to take good care of the place. This unit is small and basic, but clean, quiet, and good neighborhood. Toilet has minimal flushing power, but has a bidet which is a big plus. All around this is a good value, and a good host, so I’m happy.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was cozy, quiet, and perfect for a short getaway. The space was just as pictured, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. We especially appreciated how easy check-in was and how responsive the host was throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable spot in Fishtown.

This location in fishtown was so walkable to lots of great restaurants and bars. The space was very cozy, clean and welcoming. Pefect amount of space for two. We especially liked the outdoor patio. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Communication was excellent.

Where fun meets funky, this location felt like the secret door to the private deck should open onto the deck of a pirate ship! There are two sets of stairs that can feel narrow and steep, and you might be surprised by opening the apartment door directly into a galley kitchen. Host has excellent and timely communication. It's a great little hideaway, and I'm so happy to have found it.

The location was terrific, walkable to everywhere in Fishtown. The steps, while mentioned in the listing, were difficult for someone of my short stature; while very steep, I managed to navigate them. The bathroom trip in the middle of the night from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor was an interesting experience. The bed on the 3rd floor was not super comfortable, and the table and chair upstairs were also not very comfortable. If your goal is to spend all your time doing something else, this place is perfect to drop your stuff and go about town. If you plan on staying in, it isn't really ideal.

Awesome property in the heart of Fishtown! Close to tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. The space is unique and clean with everything you would need for 3 day stay! Parking can be found easily along the main stretch if you are willing to walk a bit to the location :)

Cozy spot in a seriously good location

This apartment met all my needs in a really great location in Philly. It is certainly cozy, but it's comfortable, clean and well appointed - an excellent spot for for 1-2 people. The back deck is a really nice bonus space in addition to the bedroom & kitchen! Al was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and all the instructions for my stay were clear. And it is in a seriously good location - a 5-10 min walk to some of the best restaurants, bars & shops in Philly, and a couple blocks from the train for getting anywhere around town. I am a former Philly resident and was amazed to find such an affordable, well located and comfortable option for my recent stay! Highly recommended, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Cute Loft

Great duplex loft in a great location in Fishtown. Lots of food walkable restaurants and bars. Be aware, there are a total of 2 flights of stairs - one for the inside loft door, and another to reach the bedroom. Al’s a great host and very attentive!

Above and Beyond!!

Its not surprising Al is a Super Host!! The property was clean, cozy and Adorable. Great, Safe neighborhood. I actually stayed in 2 different units as the steps proved to be hard for me. I contacted Al about a possible switch to a ground floor unit, if available. With in an hour I was switched over and it was Perfect!!! He even checked on me later to see how I was doing. I will DEFINITELY be booking here again!!Cheers to You Al!!!!
