PERFECTLY FITS SMALL FAMILES OR COUPLES
A cozy, privately split duplex right on RT 66 located just a few blocks down from some great times and good vibes at all the local hot spots on 6th.
Escape to a tremendous 1-bedroom house in Amarillo. This quaint retreat features a cozy living room with a SMALL sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests can unwind in the amazing queen bedroom or freshen up in the modern shower bathroom. With amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. Enjoy all that Amarillo has to offer when you stay at our place.
Guests will have access to the whole unit they book. The duplex is split privately between the two units. Each side will have a fenced in area running along the length of the unit with a separation wall between both of the units as to ensure privacy between guests.
*There is EXTERIOR cameras on the property ONLY. One on BOTH entryway doors and one facing the parking lot*
Pets are welcome BUT they must be included prior to your booking AND they must not be left alone in the unit without you. Any pet not mentioned in your booking is not authorized to be there and will result in an extra fine and or immediate cancellation of your booking with NO REFUND.

I am from Amarillo myself, i did grow up in the surrounding area right where my Airbnb is located. This is actually my first Airbnb and i had a lot of fun designing the place, i definitely think it opened my eye to get into interior design somewhere down the road.

6th street or also known as RT 66, in Amarillo is a local hotspot for lots of people. There are spots to eat and enjoy company with friends, lots of little shops running along that sell antiques and other Knick knacks. The weekends are usually when there is live music being played and enjoyed at quite a few of the restaurants lining up and down RT 66.
