As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. THE FINE PRINT
• All guests renting must register their vehicle via the SymLiv web-based software. 1 vehicle registration is included with your booking. There is a $35 charge for additional vehicles.
• Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement (within 48 hours) to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
•Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date or prevailing booking site rules.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay. If you have an early arrival or late flight, please book the day before/after.
• No parties/smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
• We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all of your important arrival information and codes.

*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
