I was extremely dissatisfied with this condo. The floors were dirty when we got there. Sand on floors. Bathroom floors dirty. The patio door lock was broken. The coffee table was broken. The dining table only had 3 chairs and they were so wobbly they felt unsafe. The couch and two recliners had stains all over them. The best furniture in the condo were the chairs on the balcony. Once outside of this unit everything was good. The pool was nice. Condo needs to be updated. Bedrooms were ok.

Needs updated, lights need replaced, walls, doors and trim need cleaned better, coffee table was about to fall over. Bed spreads were dirty and floor needs scrubbed.Didn’t even have full rolls of tp in bathrooms to start.Views were great, exterior hall ways and exterior of facility were very well kept.

Vacay 2025

Elevators need major improvements. Ice maker didnt work, lots of marijuana smoking when we were out on balcony. Very strong! Broken shelf in freezer also. We had a great vacation doing all the things! Clean rooms and nice people.

Family vacation

Excellent complex to stay in. Everyone very polite. Great amenities at complex! Our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it all. Would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good value however, there were minor issues with cleaning. We also had to replace the shower liner. One of the bedrooms does not have a closet and the other one has a very small one. The kitchen is well stocked except for glass ware. All of the water glasses are plastic. None of these issues are deal breakers, it was still a good value for the price. Loved the resort security and amenities. Rental company was easy to work with and very helpful. I have booked another unit through them for later this summer.

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location! The beach was not overly crowded like other beaches we have been to. Nice condo and wonderful they include the beach chairs and umbrella. Beds were comfortable.

Fun family vacation

We took 3 generations to the beach and all had a wonderful time. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and safe. I was comfortable letting my 14 year-olds go to the pool by themselves as the security guards were so professional and present. The condo was right off the elevator which was also convenient. Staff, from the check-in desk to the beach chair rental guys, were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great stay and location!

This was a wonderful resort in a great location. Very family friendly and as a first timer to PCB, I’d come back to stay here again. What a beautiful view to wake up to every morning and end the day with. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 and the amenities were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way.

Great stay

We had a wonderful visit to PCB. It was off season and absolutely fantastic. Our room was everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay here again in the off season.

Please note if you are bothered by it not being super clean, comfortable, and or not having much to cook with this isn’t your place to stay. We had 6 boys with us so I have learned to let things go and just enjoy my time at the beach.

Amazing view and service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from our unit was amazing. We booked a different unit and on day 3 the AC unit burned up. The management company was phenomenal a tech came quickly, when it was determined it could not be repaired they found us another unit. This one and it was even better than the original. Decorated very beachy, clean newer appliances. We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking this unit again. We seen dolphins, turtles, and stingrays from our balcony. Beach and water are beautiful, staff exceptionally friendly. Cant say anything else except THANKS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice Condo. We didn’t have a problem with the unit 2811 itself. The only inconvenience was the elevators. I believe it was because one set of the elevators was not working. However the resort did provide elevator runners that assisted in getting everyone on in a timely manner. The staff at the resort were super nice and helpful. I only had one issue with the actual unit but it was on the last night. The washer was in loc mode. I called the day we left (Saturday) reported it and the person with ECDI thanked me. All in all it was a pleasant experience renting from them.

Family trip

Great condo. Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped. Only negative was the elevators were always packed with people and long wait times. We waited 30 minutes just to get an elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful and property is clean and well maintained.

Never again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have traveled to the panhandle almost annually the past 20 years. This was our first time staying at Tidewater. Never. Again. Condo we rented was advertised as penthouse but wasn’t the top floor. Lock for sliding glass door was broken. I texted and emailed property manager as soon as we noticed it with NO response. We had three young children in the condo so their safety was an obvious concern. And...the elevators. Absolutely ridiculous long waits. Spent half our time on vacation waiting for a **** elevator. Resort fee (separate) to Tidewater was also ridiculous. We didn’t catch that in our check in email from property manager so had to pay an additional fee to Tidewater for a condo that we already paid in full. Never again.

Do not book here!!!!!

It was dirty. Smelled like marijuana smoke everywhere. Elevators took 30 minutes or longer. Overcrowded!! The lock to our balcony on the 28th floor was completely broken in half. The door lock going into the unit was a joke and could be opened easily. There was not enough room to put a suitcase on the floor of our unit and there was not a closet. There was one towel in each bathroom. It was just a nightmare. We left after one night there basically as soon as I found a different place to stay. I will never go back.

Overall good stay...

Wonderful beach and views from balcony were amazing!! Unable to set on balcony at night, due to roaches. Shower in bathroom by the bunk beds had water coming out from the overhead light. Called property manager, advised would send someone out, they showed up and said they would go upstairs to check out leak. Called the next day for update, was supposed to receive call back. Never heard from anyone, we had kids use other shower. Elevators were horribly slow during check in times. Pools were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay
