Age Requirement: All guests staying at this property must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age verification will occur after booking confirmation with picture ID.

Damage Waiver Fee: A $294 damage waiver fee is required for each stay. This fee provides coverage for accidental damage up to $2500. If damages exceed this amount or are determined to have been caused by malicious intent, the right to seek additional compensation is reserved.

Credit Card Fee: A non-refundable credit card processing fee is applied to all reservations.

Cleaning for Extended Stays: For reservations lasting 14 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Guests may also request this service for shorter stays for an additional fee.

Dock Use: The dock is available for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers for rental boats. A mooring ball located beyond the dock is provided for securing boats between rides. Please note that sudden winds and waves may cause damage to boats or the dock. The dock does not have protective bumpers, so boaters should take caution during use. Torchwood has a dock that is in the water Memorial Day thru Mid-September. If you are staying with us in September, reach out to make sure the dock is still in the water if interested before your stay.

Guest can expect a simple check in process. The property address, property details, specific check in instructions will be sent to the guest prior to check in. Checkout instructions will be sent to the guest the day before checkout. We kindly ask that you be sure not to leave any personal items behind and be sure you leave the property at the time of checkout. The door code will expire at the reservation checkout time stated in the instructions. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at checkout.
