✔ For the safety of our guests and our home, we have exterior cameras on our property.

✔ We receive notifications from our exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property.

✔ Our cameras are on our porches and on the sides of our house. They record the front porch, the side of the house, sidewalks, parking spaces, front yard, and backyard. We have access to recorded footage at all times.


☆EARLY CHECK-IN☆
✔ IF the property is ready up to an hour early, it will be our pleasure to offer you a complimentary hour-early check-in. Please message me on the morning of your arrival for this request, as it is based on availability. For any earlier than 3:00 pm, we charge $20 for the first hour of early check-in (2:00 pm), $25 for the second hour of early check-in (1:00 pm), and $30 for the third hour of early check-in (12:00 pm).
