Beautifully furnished contemporary 22nd-floor studio in the heart of Waikiki, fully renovated in January 2025, complete with resort-style kitchenette, comfortable Queen size bed, A/C, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and 1 free onsite parking space. Building amenities include laundry facilities on each floor and a small pool. This budget-friendly condo is perfect for your Hawaiian vacation or remote work situation! 2-adult max (can sleep up to 1 additional minor upon request, for total 3 guests).
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Beginning October 27, 2025, Marine Surf will undergo a major exterior concrete repair and painting project. Expected to last approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting). For the duration of the project: (1) The pool will be closed, (2) Construction noise expected Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm, (3) Unit lanai will be closed and unavailable for use October 27, 2025–January 30, 2026. (4) Due to lanai work, unit AC will be removed December 1, 2025–January 16, 2026 (Exact construction dates subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 20% rent discount/refund will be applied at Check-Out for applicable days of stay affected by lanai closure only, and 40% for any days affected by lack of AC & lanai.)
