You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the closet on 1st floor and the attic in garage. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

-This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
-Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.
-Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
-Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
-We welcome up to 2 dogs. We do not allow cats.

- Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.

-Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
-We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
-Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
-Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
- We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them
-We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
- If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
