25 Minutes to Disney Parks-Gated Community-Free Hot Tub

This modern vacation home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The half bathroom is located near the pool area for easy access coming out the pool.

Covered pool lanai allows for a great day of relaxation when not visiting one of the theme parks

Fully equipped kitchen

Highspeed Wi-Fi available for the kids to enjoy or for those of us who still have to do a little work while on vacation :)

Game room includes a pool table, foosball, star wars arcade game, air hockey, and a TV

25 minutes to the Disney Parks (depends on when you leave)

All bedrooms in the house have smart TVs to stream your favorite shows

Garage converted into game room

Toiletries are not provided. Only hand soap for bathroom sinks and dish soap/sponge for kitchen.

Heated pool is optional for an additional ($35 US) per night. (3 consecutive day minimum)

48 hour advanced notice is required.
This payment will be collected before your arrival.

Pool heat maximum is 85 degrees F.
Spa Temperature is set to 100 degrees F.

Pool and Spa heat take longer to heat in the colder months. Heater only heats one at a time.

Pool/Spa heat may not be available during colder temperatures.

Pool heaters, often turn off below 50 degrees Fahrenheit because at such low temperatures, the air doesn't provide enough heat to effectively raise the pool water temperature, making their operation inefficient and potentially causing damage due to ice build-up; essentially, they are not designed to extract heat from very cold air.

Pool depth ranges from 3-5 feet

No smoking inside the house. An additional fee of $300 may be added to the cleaning fee.

MONDAYS: Pool cleaning, please ensure pool screen door is unlocked

TUESDAYS: Trash Pick-Up
Please ensure you throw away as much of your trash to the bins outside on Monday. The bins fill up pretty quickly for our vacation rentals. Black lid can should be used for food and drinks while the yellow lid can should be used for everything else.
