Hello, we are new to VRBO! Beautiful open layout - 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, that includes two master bedrooms, & topping it off with your own private pool! Jetted bathtubs, Heated PoolSpa in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood, conveniently located. You’re just a 15 min drive to all Disney Parks! Close to all the action, but far enough to enjoy a nice quiet evening by the pool.

You also have access to the community center, which has a 24 hour gym & a neighborhood pool. Large common space for family fun!

Great place to stay

We arrived early and were able to check in early. Very short ride to all of the attractions. Better than hotel rate in a beautiful home. We were able to relax in a quiet setting after a hectic day and make a home cooked meal. Was surprised on how close it was to the parks. 20 minute drive to any park. Highly recommend this home for families to stay.

We had a great time lots of fun in the pool. Its a nice area with lots of restaurants and close to all the attractions. The house was perfect nice size for 8 people. Sal was a great host took care of any issue we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this house.

First family trip to Disney

We were very pleased with our stay here! No complaints. Very spacious, clean and just what we needed. Location was great just a 30 minute drive to the parks.

The property is well laid out but a little tired looking. The house is for sale so I’m not sure it’s getting adequate Care at the moment. The pool and hot tub heat did not work properly so we could not use them. LED lights in the main bathroom and kitchen were flickering so we couldn’t use the lightsMost owners that we’ve rented from the past would leave things like a couple small boxes of laundry soap or a couple pods for the dishwasher. If you’re planning to stay at this property, make sure you bring your own. There’s no soap of any kind except for hand soap in the bathrooms.

Great Stay

Great property, clean, conveniently located for Disney and other great attractions. Groceries, gas and restaurants minutes away. Communication was great. Adequate space for myself spouse 3 children and grandparents.

Pleasant stay, great people managing!

This was a really pleasant stay, the house was great, clean and organized. We communicated with the property manager and he was such a great help when we wanted to check out later or heat the tub. The neighborhood is really nice, overall a great place to stay.

Great Host

Easy checkin process. Owner was great with communication, prompt, friendly and very helpful. He even let us extend our check out time. Lovely neighborhood and very spacious villa.

Amazing experience

The house exceeded all my expectations, it was very clean, fragrant sheets and towels, the super spacious living room and two super giant suites, with king size beds , we created many memories with family and friends at the pool.

Great location, clean home

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was great. The host was super easy to work with and was quick to respond to any communication. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The pool was nice after long days at the parks. The only negative thing we found was every ceiling fan in the house was noisy but they did have lots of box fans so we just used those instead. We would book this home again when staying in Orlando.

Great House!

We had a great stay at Sal’s property! We had a little issue with the keypad getting in the house, but Sal was right on top of it and had us in the door in minutes! The house was extremely clean, super quiet neighborhood and really felt homey,, which most of the places we rent in Florida do not. We had a nice relaxing stay! The pool heat never got to temp, so it was still too cold for us, but I spoke to Sal many times and he even reached out a week after we left! On his end it was showing everything worked properly with the heater, but he said he was going to have it manually checked to make sure. All in all it was a great getaway! We only wished we could have used the pool! We’d definitely rent from Sal again!

We were very pleased with the house overall. Just had a problem that can’t get resolved before we checkout. The jets and heat on the hot tub wasn’t work properly. But as I said… we were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our stay.

ok place

Started slow when I booked the house I emailed the owner to tell him I wanted the pool heated the response took a week to get back to me. Then about 4 days before I was supposed to go to the house I emailed him to se if we can get in early I never heard from him till the day of the rental. Tried to get ahold of by texting,email and phone finally after 2 hours he contacted me.The pool was not heated he told me that day.I looked at other reviews he has done that before.the house was clean but extremly outdated.

12 weeks in the sun

Booked a get away from the cold weather in Canada Love going to Florida each winter. Had a great spot. Easy to bike ride anywhere. Weather was lovely. A pool and hot tub, unfortunately do to a filter issue we did not have the use of them until after the 5th day. The host was GREAT at communicating with us and helped as much as possible. After getting the pool guy there all was fine. Was hoping for a discount on the first 5 days as the pool/spa cost 30 a day and we could not use them, I asked but did not get a reply. It doesn't help that he no longer lists with VRBO so there is no way of contacting him. But we had relaxing days SITTING by the pool soaking up some sun and seeing the sights...
