5 bedroom - quiet neighborhood

This property was as listed with no surprises. This house is positioned with no close neighbors and it is very quiet area. The pool area was great. Overall an excellent rental.

Most guests rent the home to enjoy all the parks and other things to do in Florida , hence not really a lot of point of having TVs in all rooms. This is a petty complaint and the only one in 10 years of renting the home.

Fantastic villa! Everything about it was amazing, we couldnt have asked for any more. We didnt cook there but the villa had everything you could possibly need and more. Pool was lovely. Contact with the owner was fast and helpful. We hope to be back soon.

The home was everything I expected and had hoped for. All my guests were also very pleased.

Everything about the home was great. I am all of my guys had a great experience and loved being there. We were able to see lots of wildlife in the conservatory behind the house. The pool was a great hit for all the guests in especially for the kids I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in central Florida.

Beautiful family getaway

This is an overall amazing home. The neighborhood, the views and the proximity of everything. There is no complaint when you stay here. The house is well stocked and organized. David was great and always got right back to me when I messaged. Never had any issues while staying there. A definite must try when you visit the area.

Another excellent stay in this villa

We returned again as we enjoyed our previous stay so much and love the location of Highgate Park. Dave went above and beyond in looking after us and arranged for a pool cover to be installed as temperatures were dipping very low and this ensured we could maximise use of the pool which we had chosen to have heated for our stay. It is a beautiful villa in a lovely peaceful location and had everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday. Thank you again.

Perfect property

Property is exactly as stated on booking site, it is clean and very well equipped. The owner is prompt and courteous in communicating all needs and answers questions. A bonus that wasn't on the information (for us anyway) the area outside the rear of property supports a variety of wildlife we saw storks, cranes and buzzards unusually we also watched wild turkeys almost daily having a feed around the area and also deer on one occasion.

Beautiful house

We were delighted with our stay at this beautiful house / villa. Everything was as described and the views from the pool deck made this property extra special. As others have mentioned, we saw a lovely selection of wildlife including cranes, deer and coyotes. We’ve stayed in several properties on Highgate Park and will definitely return to this one. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient and we had no need to contact the local manager. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house with Amenities

What a great place!!! Overall, the house has space, amenities and the location is solid. I had very little issues, check in, pool, hot tub, laundry were perfect. I really was amazed with the amount of space and the number of bathrooms. My only complaint as a remote worker is the Internet was weak in a number of locations in the house, so that eliminates online streaming and work in specific areas of the house. Minor issue, but could be a make or break!

Amazing

We checked in on March 31. It was easy to do and didn't have any issues with codes provided. The house was as the post stated. It was clean and ready for us to begin our vacation. The pool and hot tub were clean. The only issue, and wasn't really an issue was the water leaked easily from the hot tub. Maybe even the pool but it was nothing to add more water when necessary. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house but when we did we had plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable. We saw some wildlife and heard coyotes a couple nights in the distance. If there were neighbours, we certainly didn't hear them. We'd recommend this listing for your Florida vacation and hoping to rent again one day. The maintenance man was on par. We had small issue and he was there to fix it within an hour of us calling. Thanks for the stay Dave!

Hi John, thanks for your review, just to make you aware there is not a leak, the water level in the spa will always drop when the pool pump switches off and come up again when either the spa is switched on or the pump starts running, you will always need to top the pool up regularly when the pool heater is running as water evaporates. Fantastic, Spacious and Well Equipped Family Villa

This gorgeous home had everything we needed for our family and our two young children. We’ve stayed on this development before, and can highly recommend this villa. The extra-large pool area made all the difference, and the fact that it was westerly facing and not overlooked made it all the more enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival, cool and beautifully presented. The bedrooms all have ample storage room and wardrobes, and the ‘nook’ upstairs complete with TV, comfy chairs and games console (with games) an added bonus - as was the air hockey table in the games room 👍🏼 The TV was brilliant! Put ours at home to shame. Cable TV, digital, fast WiFi. Comfy, clean sofas to relax on. The location is ideal if you don’t want to be full-on in a place like I-Drive, still only 20 min to Disney and close to all other attractions. There is a Publix supermarket just round the corner, with other shops, restaurants and bars. We plan to return and hope to stay here again.

Simply Amazing!!

This home was truly amazing! It was home, not just a rental house. It was everything described and more, the pictures do not do it justice. The location was perfect, as it abuts conservation land. We could watch the cranes and coyotes in the field. Dave has thought of every detail to make your vacation perfect, right down to night lights in the bathrooms and extra tables we could use for the kids rooms or at the pool when we had friends over. There was not one thing we reached for that wasn't already there. We have rented other homes in the past and there is always something missing, extra towels, pots, blender, etc. This home had everything!!! The layout was perfect for a large family. Our older kids had the upstairs and could hang and game without bothering the younger kids downstairs. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Dave for allowing us into your home!

Beautiful Villa - Worth every penny 😜

This villa was just amazing, looks even better than pictures shown. Had everything and more. Would highly recommend this, as you certainly won't be disappointed. Owner also hired my BBQ too and was hassle free. Everything in working order, and so close to local shops and restaurants. Pool was even cleaned once a week whilst we was there. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely holiday. Great villa

The villa was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly want to make our stay extra special. The villa was easy to find in a nice position and not too far away from all of the places we wanted to visit . It felt safe and secure as it is in a small gated community and has an alarm fitted . We particularly liked the pool and surrounding area and enjoyed watching the wildlife and sunsets in the evenings. There was an Armadillo burrow close by whose occupants paid us a daily visit and a family of Florida sand cranes. David the owner kept us updated and informed at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ( We are already planing to return next year! )

Great holiday villa

Family holiday for two weeks six adults, The Villa has all you need for a holiday in the sun, great pool and spa and everything you need indoors not to worry about a thing. incredible place to stay very quite but close enough to all parks and shops. Brilliant Holiday

Gorgeous home very clean and well looked after. Great accurate communication from owner quick and helpful. Full information about villa and local amenities, Close to Disney parks, Large Walmart, KFC, Burger king & Papa Johns all within 5 mins drive away. Really secure with security gates leading onto estate. Views out the back stunning!! Great to sit by the spotless larger than average pool in the evening and mornings. Games room brilliant standard. Best Villa we have ever stayed in over 12 visits to Orlando. Management team very quick when called on to very minor issues light bulb in lounge and small hole in netting by pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will look to book again for our next Florida visit..
