Sandy Breeze is a three-bedroom, two-bath home located 0.9 miles north of Garden City Pier and within one block of public beach access. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, a ground-level kitchenette, and a mini split heat and air system in the pool house. A TV and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two queen-sized beds, plus two queen-sized sofa beds in the ground-level living room. Outdoor amenities include a fenced-in backyard with a private swimming pool and shallow conversation pool, furnished pool area, pool house, fire pit, sundeck, covered porch, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, and ample parking, some covered. Please note: the conversation pool is not a hot tub. Permits motorcycles. Permits trailers. No smoking. Maximum occupancy: 10

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.
