The Oakwood Retreat in North Charleston
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in Park Circle, in the heart of Charleston, SC.
Three bedrooms on the top floors, main bedroom with a stunning view of the marsh, complete with balcony. Second floor has kitchen and living room, along with another balcony in back and again in front. First floor would be considered a garage with access to the back and front yards. Back yard completely fenced in.
Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner's closet in the laundry room, kept locked.
In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.
We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

The home is nearby to a railway and is frequently crossed by trains during day and night. While the sound may be lessened due to the area’s quiet designation, there may be some sounds of trains passing by.
