We love our canal-front oasis, perfectly situated for family and group vacations. While this is not a modern or newly renovated home, it offers comfort, relaxation, and a prime location for your getaway. The home has some weathered charm, with well-loved carpet and a cozy master shower that may feel snug for some guests. The half-bath retains its 1990s character, adding to the home’s warm and welcoming feel.

PROPANE: There’s nothing better than grilling by the pool! We provide a grill, utensils, and propane, but if it runs out, a quick 5-minute trip to Publix to refill it is all it takes—we’ll reimburse you.

LANDSCAPING & POOL: PLEASE NOTE: Our landscapers and pool service visit the property once per week to keep everything in top shape. You can expect them during waking hours, Monday through Friday.
