Located just 3 miles away from Disney Resorts and Water Parks, our townhome can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. As a prestigious vacation destination, Emerald Island Resort offers a wide range of amenities for your enjoyment. Indulge in the luxurious clubhouse sauna, stay fit at the well-equipped fitness center, surf the web at the Internet café, or take advantage of the free Wi-Fi available around the pool area. • GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a professional cleaning after your check out for only $65. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay. There is one propane tank behind the grill you can take it and refill it. (Walmart 2,4 miles)


► STARTER SUPPLIES:

There is an additional fee to pay per car of $20.
This fee will be paid directly to the community.
Pet fee: $50 for stays of 3 days or less. $70 for stays of 4 to 7 days.
Unregistered pet has a 300$ penalty

No Smoking Policy: A $350 penalty will be applied
