Welcome to Seascape 317, nestled in a prime location in Wild Dunes newest renovated condo building, which boasts breathtaking views! Guests of this condo will have access to Wild Dunes Resort shops, restaurants, spa appointments, golf tee times, bike rents and the oceanfront pool at Seascape!

Please note: Beach erosion is temporarily affecting beach access. Depending on visit times, guests may need to use neighboring beach access paths.

Seascape 317 was an amazing place to stay! The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking — the kind you can enjoy from morning coffee to sunset. Inside, the faux fireplace added such a cozy ambiance, and the superb TV made it perfect for relaxing and watching the game.The Ninja coffee maker was a great touch, offering both regular brew and K-cup options, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive as well, which made the entire experience even better.We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Comfortable chairs and a couch can be found on this large balcony that is perfect for reading while sipping morning coffee!

Alex was very accommodating with our schedule. Unit was perfect with power Sun shades a nice touch. Unit right next to elevator which was great.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay, as we were quite disappointed with several aspects of the experience.We were aware of the restriction regarding trailers on the property and had communicated about this back in July. My husband even spoke with someone who advised us to contact the marina down the street, which we did. However, we were not informed—nor did we receive any list of restrictions—that motorcycles were not allowed on the property. We only learned this upon arrival at the security gate, which caused significant inconvenience.Additionally, we were surprised to find that there was no beach access from the property. A local informed us that beach access had been closed for over two months. This information was not communicated prior to our arrival. Had we known, we likely would have chosen a different location. The 10-minute walk to reach the beach was not ideal, especially given that direct access was one of the reasons we booked this property.While the room itself was clean and matched the general description, the clothes washer was not in good condition. It was so unbalanced during use that we were concerned it might knock the bifold doors off.We hope you will take this feedback into consideration and improve communication about property restrictions and amenities for future guests.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view was so beautiful and the beach was very close. Reached out about needing more towels and we heard back and that was resolved very quickly, which is always great. It was very clean and the bed was great, as someone who usually sleeps on a firm Tempurpedic bed everyday I am always very nervous about places I stay because usually the mattresses feel hollow, but that was not the case here. It was soft but very comfortable and supportive. We all slept well! Thank you for having us!

We had a fabulous week at Seascape for our annual IOP vacation. The view of the beach was amazing and it was an easy walk to the sand. The place was clean and well equipped with extras of everything. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Beach Dream

This beach house is dreamy. The view is spectacular. Rooms are spacious and everything you need is provided. The walk to the beach may take a minute!!!! The pool was clean and never crowded. There are a lot of great restaurants on the island.

Great property. Balcony is large and can have everyone out there at the same time. Well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Very close to the beach and overall condo amenities well maintained.

Wonderful experience

We recently stayed at this beautiful and well-stocked vacation property and couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home—even if the weather didn’t cooperate. It rained for most of our trip, but the comfort and charm of the condo more than made up for it. The large deck overlooking the ocean provided a peaceful, scenic retreat where we could still enjoy the view and relax. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. We’re already looking forward to coming back and (hopefully) catching some sunshine next time!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! The view is beautiful and patio had great seating. The condo is well-equipped and plenty of towels. Bonus points for having some travel sized toiletries in case you forget something!
