Wake up to the sunrise from a king bed angled perfectly to catch it. Step off the screened porch straight onto the beach.
Port O’ Call F102 is a one-of-a-kind ground-floor oceanfront condo with an angled layout that makes it feel like a private home rather than a typical condo — exactly what returning guests say makes it their favorite place on the entire island. The king bed faces the ocean at just the right angle for a stunning sunrise view every morning, the screened porch walks directly out to the beach, and the waves are genuinely at your doorstep. Pristine, well-stocked, and communication with the hosts is excellent.
For a couple seeking the ultimate IOP beachfront experience, F102 is hard to beat. The beach is quiet, the community is gated, and guests consistently say they’ll be back to this exact place.
