This newly constructed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath beach inspired Condo (Sleeps 8) is the perfect place to stay for the ultimate North Padre Island destination getaway. This beautiful home is walking distance from the beach and provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options making it the ideal family/friends vacation spot!!!
***THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF 2 PETS (UP TO 50 LBS EACH) FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $100 PER PET. IF YOU PLAN TO BRING YOUR PET(S), PLEASE ALERT US AND PAY THE FEE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.***
Located at Aruba Bay Resort, Dos Dorados is a New Construction 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Townhome beautifully furnished with coastal decor and has all the conveniences of home while being walking distance from the Beach! Also enjoy the two awesome Community Pools!
The open concept Living Room/Dining Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends after a fun-filled day at the Beach! It consists of a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Queen Murphy Bed, Smart TV (Streaming & Spectrum Cable) extra seating and a Dining Table/Chairs. Board Games also included for a fun game night!!
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal including utensils, plates, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc. Also enjoy morning coffee with a Dual Keurig/12 Cup Standard Coffee Maker (coffee, creamer and sugar provided).
The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, Closet, Dresser, TV for Streaming/Cable and Private Access to the Outdoor Patio.
The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, Dresser and TV Streaming/Cable.
The Hall Bathroom consists of a Tub/Shower Combo and large sink.
A Washer/Dryer is located in the hall closet (Laundry detergent provided)
Take a step out to the private patio with a glass of wine after a long day at the Beach and relax while listening to the waves!! Don't delay- this place is perfect for your Padre getaway!!! Also, rent a golf cart and cruise around the town with ease!
