***As we use API-connected software, we have two further requirements due within 48 hours of your booking: A signed Rental Agreement and a refundable security deposit (placed as a hold on a valid credit card). If you are not comfortable with these requirements, you are permitted to cancel your stay with us penalty free within 48 hours of booking.***

***Contracting guests must have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.***

• A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted at this property. The dog(s) must be less than 30 pounds/dog. No cats permitted.
