Cute and perfect for our stay!

The place was cute and perfect for our stay. Had a hiccup or two but the owner was very accommodating and so nice! Definitely staying again!

Wonderful Visit

We enjoyed staying here. The property was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were big. Lots of room to relax. The outside area was amazing.

We had a great time. The house had enough room for us where we didn’t feel cramped. Location is away from the busy areas but still close enough to go and do things.

Nice property

The back yard/pool was definitely the highlight of this property but we were so busy with what we were in town for that we didnt have time to enjoy it. We were there to sleep and the bed was very comfy!

Family vacation

Inside the house was cute and clean,could use more kitchen utensils and serving bowls and skillets,beds were nice and comfy,nice washer and dryer,loved the shower heads. Pool was nice but patio and yard could use a little cleaning up.Great location for what we wanted to do and at beginning of street a great marina to rent a pontoon boat

We booked this rental to stay at during a soccer tournament. It was centrally located to everything. Within 10 minutes we could be at restaurants, the soccer fields, and the beach. The house was clean and everything you could need was provided.

May Stay

Great location and property! Really enjoyed the stay and close to family who lives on Ashland drive behind the college. Would love to stay there again in the future when visiting family. Only suggestions would be get a new mattress in the smaller guest room as it was a valley bed and too soft. Guests in that room had a hard time sleeping. Also the barn doors made a lot of noise so would suggest traditional doors if possible or some other alternative. Thanks for the great stay!

More like a fisherman's cabin than a beach bungalow

We arrived with our boat to play in the bay. Upon entering we told our kids to consider it as “glamping.” This property would be better considered as a fisherman’s cabin except that there is not enough water pressure to rinse a boat or flush a motor. The pool was nice. I'm not sure what beach is 5 minutes away as stated in the description, but the map is clear. The boat ramp in the neighborhood is great.

Hurricane ran us away!

We fell in love with the house. Very clean, comfortable and quite functional. Near everything we wanted to do. Safe neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Hated we left 3 days early due to our concerns over Hurricane Helene. We will most assuredly book again in the Future. Only downfall: need new mattresses for a better nights sleep and they are working on water temperature.. Hosts very prompt with help.

Vacation

The link with our check in time stated 3:00. But when we got there there was a young man cleaning. He stayed till 4:00. Inside the house there was a paper stating check in was at 4:00. So the discrepancy in check in time needs to be the same as eight the email I received or what is listed in the home. Other than that it was a fabulous and beautiful home. We really loved the location and all the details within the home that made are trip that much more. Will try and stay here again in the future.

Convenient and comfortable

The good. 1. Convenient to everything in Panama City 2. Inside house was comfortable and decorated nicely 3. Price was very good The bad. 1. Grass hasn’t been cut in a long time it was over knee high 2. Pool was green the first few days we swam in it anyway pool company came by mid week serviced it and it improved 3. Few issues with hot and cold water in the bathrooms. Water was mostly hot couldn’t adjust the temperature 4. Drain for kitchen sink is leaking outside where drain pipe comes out of wall.

Beautiful pool

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The owners were very easy to work with when we didn’t have any hot water for the first two nights, but they did refund us some money back for the inconvenience! Very considerate. The pool was beautiful, but I did want to say the place does not look like the pictures.it has been let go some ,lots of weeds and a pile of brush in the yard and the house is very well used. The bathroom doors are not private.Also the property said no dogs allowed and there has definitely been dogs there .Dog hair everywhere on the floors and the rugs were kinda yucky because of it. And if you are like me and my husband who is allergic this could be a problem. We did still enjoy our stay because we were outside the most!

Home away from home!

This property was absolutely perfect! This home gives you the feeling of home but also the feeling of being at the beach. The owner Billy was very helpful any time I've reached out to him. He was always very responsive and took the time to make sure that any issues were settled. The house is as perfect as the pictures in the ad and the backyard is truly a dream come true if you are looking for a relaxing place to hang out and enjoy yourself when you decide to take a day to stay at the house. We truly enjoyed sitting outside watching movies during the night time and swimming whenever we felt like it. In fact we loved the house so much we ended up staying in extra night and we also stayed two days just at the house without venturing out so that we could fully enjoy it! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is also close to several amazing places to eat and not too far from Pier Park! We definitely plan on booking again in the near future!!! Thanks again ro Billy and his wife for being amazing hosts.
