Just 5 stars isn't enough for this home and host! The property was absolutely PERFECT! Our host was AMAZING, keeping up communication with us, and ensuring everything was as it should be. The home was spacious, we had more than enough room for our party of 9, and she really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable...from the fully stocked kitchen, 2 living areas, indoor and outdoor games in addition to the backyard area. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Perfectly and comfortably fit our needs.Seven of us from 22 to 83 years old stayed at Pam’s for three nights to celebrate our son graduating from Mines. The house was exactly what we needed and was a convenient hub for our adventures in Denver, Golden, Lakewood, and beyond. Definitely recommend.

The house was very organized and clean. I really liked the hardwood floors in the living area and bedrooms on the main floor. It was nice to have a big enough garage to accommodate two vehicles. The check-in and checkout was very simple. The backyard was private and we did enjoy the corn hole game that was provided. We would definitely stay there again.

great location

Very central location, perfect size house and space for our group of 8, and everything was very clean and comfortable. When a small maintenance issue came up at the property- the property manager was very prompt and responsive and solved the problem quickly. Great spot: we visited Red rocks, Boulder and Westminster- all very easy. There are lots of stores close by too.

Pam was a great host! She checked up on us throughout the duration of our stay and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The house was clean and that the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We appreciated that she had baby furniture which made the trip with a one year old just a tad bit easier.

Clean and cozy house

The house was just as described on the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The check in and check out instructions were simple and clear, and the host was also communicative and friendly. We would stay at this property again, highly recommend it!

Amazing host and property

The property was very clean and the pictures did not do it justice. There was just a warm feeling about the space. It feels very comfortable and lived in. Pam was an amazing host leaving us water upon our arrival. She was attentive and was able to answer any questions I had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This location was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Clean, updated, and room to stretch out

Loved the house and the thought that was put into it for the purpose of short-term rental. Communication was great. The only thing I would change would be the beds, as they are a bit uncomfortable and small.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental property! The listing was completely accurate, and everything was just as described. This house was perfect for the 6 of us. The property was very clean and well maintained. The host had equipped it with everything we needed for our stay. I was contacted shortly after our first day to see if we needed anything, which we did not but appreciated her thoughtfulness to check. I would highly recommend this property.

Denver Trip

We had a great time staying at this location. We were exploring the city for a week for possible relocation purposes so the location worked well to travel all over. The hosts were informative, helpful and considerate before, during and after the stay. The space was perfect for our family and incredibly spacious. Our newly walking infant had all his needs met by the hosts with a pack and play, a baby gate and a high chair! We were very comfortable at this point and will stay here again if we don't relocate first!

AMAZING PLACE

This property was just perfect for our five day stay in Denver. It is perfectly situated between Denver and nearby Denver sites, like Red Rock, Lookout Mountain, Boulder, and more. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want while away from home (and, in fact, may be better stocked than my kitchen at home!). All the beds were super comfortable. It has two large family rooms, which was perfect for us. The towels and bedding were really soft and nice. And we really appreciated the ample bottled water to keep us hydrated while we adjusted for Denver's high-altitude air! The house was incredibly clean, and we felt like the owners anticipated our every need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Colorado Oasis

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The hosts were attentive and responsive to any questions. I’m a little picky about cleanliness and felt completely comfortable and at ease here. The space was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to explore the area. I enjoyed sitting and reading on the back porch area. The kitchen was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. It was also great to have an up and downstairs living space to spread out. Thank you for hosting our family!
