*Starter supplies of toiletries are provided, but if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish paper products.

*We are high & dry in a non-flood zone and as such there will be no modifications or cancellations allowed outside of the free cancellation period, regardless of weather or hurricanes. If you are concerned or want to be protected, please purchase travel insurance (this is separate from the damage insurance) at the time of booking.

House Rules:
-No smoking in or near the house. Illegal substances of any kind are prohibited, if present, reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by authorities.
-No moving/rearranging furniture
-Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside house. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.
-Adults cannot book for people under 25 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Booking guest must be staying at the property
-Ring doorbell, cameras and security lights on the front door and front yard facing outside and driveway for your security. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out
-No parking on the grass

Any violations of the above rules will result in a $1000 fine. There is a Quite Period from 10 pm to 7 am and any neighbor disturbances reported also carry a $1000 fine.
