Kanab Walkabout, near all the local destinations

Located within a mile of town for restaurants and all that Kanab has to offer and far enough out on nearly 3 acres under a night sky lit up by the stars. Enjoy a wonderful meal with a soothing sunrise or moonrise in front of you while sitting on the deck. Located nearby is the North Rim Grand Canyon, Zion Nat'l Park, Bryce Canyon & much more. Off-roading adventures and local touring destinations companies are available to help you get the most out of your visit to Kanab. There is 2100+ sq ft of space on the top floor with an open floor plan. Please note that the lower part of the home (known as a daylight basement) is our residence and not part of the vacation rental. You will enjoy complete privacy when here because the daylight basement is not occupied during your stay. The 1st bedroom is the master bedroom with private bathroom, queen size bed, TV and an ottoman that can be made into a twin bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a game room next to the living room that is a nice area for kids to play or to set up for the next days adventure using the folding table to prepare backpacks and bins to store your gear so there is no searching bedrooms early in the morning for needed items. The large family room has a loveseat with a pullout twin bed and a queen size murphy bed that can also be converted to a couch if bed is not needed, desk and TV. There is a room divider located in the laundry room to create more privacy if needed. All bedrooms have USB charge ports in bedside lamps while some also have wireless charging. Guests can access the home using the deck stairs or driving up the private driveway to the back, enter through the kitchen or laundry room, if stairs are an issue. Guests may park in the front of the property or in the back. High speed WiFi, Disney+ w/HULU, ESPN and Netflix are available. You will find a 4' tall Connect Four game and various other indoor/outdoor games. There are also 2 Yoga mats to use on the deck for a morning stretch. Firepit on deck to enjoy S'Mores while stargazing. There is a large kitchen and has a island with a couple chairs along with a dining table with sitting for 8 and a toddler table that seats 4. Highchair and playpen are available. You will find 2 ice chests in the pantry for your use. Our home also has a full house backup generator for those times the power may go out or rolling blackouts. The generator turns itself on and off and nothing is required for you to do when a blackout may occur. At the back of the house, off of the kitchen, you will find a propane BBQ and a charcoal BBQ for your use.
