Just outside of the living room you'll find a relaxing screened in porch, complete with a propane fire pit and plenty of seating for the entire family. To the right of the porch is the grilling area with gas grill. The back lawn overlooking the lake has a fire pit area, lounge area with comfortable Adirondack chairs, and the dock features a table and chairs, perfect for a lakeside dinner.

Please note: This home is on big water in Chapin which may have chop during the day making it unsafe to use the paddle boards, kayaks, or swim. We recommend keeping a close eye on the water before using these amenities and always wearing your life jacket and other provided safety gear. Additionally, this property has a dock, but does not have a floating dock. We recommend bringing additional fenders if you wish to park your boat at the dock.
