We always want our guests to feel well-prepared for their stay, which is why we load our guest book and listing with as much detail as possible—including information about parking passes and wristbands, which are determined by the HOA and vary by property. Some parking passes can be purchased on-site, while others we’re able to pre-purchase and include in your total, so we aim to make that process as smooth as possible. Regarding early check-in, we did communicate ahead of your arrival that it would not be available in order for our team to properly prepare the condo, especially during peak season when the turnaround is tight. We’re glad we were able to provide a goodwill compensation for the housekeeping concerns you raised and truly regret if the towels, kitchen setup, or lack of entry mats fell short of your expectations. Sand is a tricky guest of its own on the coast—it manages to find its way into every corner—but your point about mats is a fair one, and we’ll review that for future stays. We aim for each visit to feel effortless and enjoyable, and while we’re disappointed to hear this wasn’t your favorite experience in Orange Beach, we truly appreciate your perspective and will use it to improve.
