Sip your coffee each morning from the spacious balcony overlooking the crystal-clear water of the Caribbean and your own quiet private beach at this warm modern 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom single-family home.
The space
Located in the best spot on the peninsula just outside of Placencia Village, this beautiful new home offers everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, full-size stainless-steel gas stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, French press coffee, or drip (if you prefer), blender for margarita night, and toaster for the next morning.
Close the black out blinds for a perfect night’s sleep on the king size memory foam mattress and pillows, in the air-conditioned serenity and tranquility of the one bedroom.
Relax in a hammock on the patio, or set up beach chairs and float in the ocean.
At Take Two, you are within walking distance to the heart of the village, but with the quiet privacy of your own retreat too. Ride the provided beach cruisers into town. Pack light and take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer. And, what about a rainy day? You can relax in the AC with high-speed internet, Netflix, and 100+ TV channels including major broadcast and sports channels or games. Your stay includes a private pool membership at the Placencia Beach Club, just a short walk or bike ride away (.25 miles).
Dining options? Enjoy cooking the fresh catch from the local fishermen in this fully stocked large kitchen, grill on the gas grill, or enjoy dining with easy access to two world class resorts within walking distance on the beach. Frances Ford Coppola’s Turtle Inn with 5 incredible restaurants and beach bar just ¼ mile to the north (don’t miss their happy hour!), or explore the restaurant culture in any of dozens of great restaurants up and down the Placencia Peninsula.

On a rainy day during our honeymoon at Turtle Inn, we hopped on a scooter and drove up and down the peninsula. We stopped at this incredible property and the rest is history. That was in 2012! We fell in love with Belize, its beauty, and its people. It is quite a process, but here we are! We completed this first phase of our place in late 2023 with more to come.
