Great location

This property is in a great location in Desert Princess with beautiful golf course views and close to clubhouse . condo was spotless but dated . and lacked proper cleaning .supplies( vacuum, etc) needed to control the dust .We found the rental price significantly higher than others We have stayed at on the property.

Always enjoy the Desert Princess

We have stayed at the Desert Princess before and really enjoyed it so we decided to stay again. This property is adequate but is showing its age. Window coverings are old and missing from master room. Screen door to patio not easy to open. Water from all taps was milky in colour. Could be due to hard water or sediment buildup in water tank? Lighting was lacking as well. No pool towels so just used regular bath towels. The condo we rented 3 years ago was excellent in both maintenance and attention .

Great Location

The condo was immaculate upon arrival. The owner instantly responded to any questions or issues. The condo is as stated in the write up - the condo is dated but met all our needs. The bed is comfy with nice bedding, shower flow great and a lovely view of the golf course and a fountain.

Tidy Condo at the Desert Princess

This property was pretty much exactly as described and depicted in the photos. It was smart and tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay, including kitchen equipment and basic cooking essentials. It is an end unit and thus quite private, and the view of the lawn and fountain/pond was great. It faces east, which keeps shade on the patio in summer afternoons. Arsham was a responsive and accommodating host. Furnishings are nice but basic so the condo has a "clean" rather than homey feel. Examples: few wall decorations, few floor coverings, blinds instead of curtains, no seats on two side of the living room table, no pool towels. Although my family had a good time and we would stay again.

Desert Princess…

We had a lovely stay, and when we wanted to extend for a few days, the owner made is simple and fast! These are great units, and the pools, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as two golf course, make this a great place to stay! Highly recommended!

Cold Weather in California

Property was very nice. However the grounds crew started working with noisy machinery very early (8:00 AM). The CoronaVirus was a major downer. The weather was very cold. The Clubhouse restaurant was expensive and food was not as good as I would have expected. Service was spotty.

clean and convenient

This 2 bed 2 bath condo albeit dated was clean, and the kitchen was generally well appointed. Desert Princess is a well kept gated community.

Beautiful, Comfortable and Lovely Stay!

My husband and I have been staying a Desert Princess Condo Rentals for years now and this specific one was our absolute favorite. It was so well taken care of and everything was so beautiful and clean. The condo was supplied with everything you can possibly need for your stay. The owner was also very accommodating and even contacted his cleaners to come in at an earlier time, just so we can check in earlier. The view from the living room is amazing, you're overlooking the gorgeous pond with the fountain. The pool is also very close, nothing but a few steps away. Highly recommend this place for everyone to stay and we will definitely be going back! Thank you!

Beautiful, relaxing, convenient!

We had a fantastic vacation at this property. It was conveniently located and easy to get to local sights and amenities. It was wonderful being so close to the spa, tennis courts and pools, all of which my whole family enjoyed. The condo itself is beautiful and well stocked with everything that we could have needed. We came with our to school-age children and our dog, and everyone had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place, helpful host

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The condo was immaculately clean and well kept up. Great mountain and pond views from inside the condo. Two great televisions. Well stocked kitchen. Great patio with citrus trees and BBQ. Good linens. Very comfortable and clean place, and host was very responsive and kind. The gated community was lovely, and just a few minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. Would stay there again.

Had a nice stay at your condo.

Thank you very much for a nice stay. Great location and beautiful grounds and golf course. Views are amazing from the golf course. My only little complaint & it has nothing to do with your place but with the development. The Desert Princess is really too dark at night while walking the dogs. The entire community is too dark.

GREAT PLACE/LOCATION. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

Condo was excellent! I was thoroughly impressed with the upkeep within each room including the bathrooms and kitchen. During our down time it was great to hang around the backyard, play some music and relax. The location of the condo was extremely convenient being across the street from a major grocery store and smaller shops in case we were hungry. I'd also like to point out that the staff at the gates were very friendly and we never had a hard time getting in and out of the vicinity. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised

A nice clean and roomy condo with a nice view to a duck pond and first fairway. Oranges and clementines hanging right outside. Quiet but with easy access to alle commodities.

Great experience

The condo was exactly as the pictures indicated and described. Everything was clean upon arrival, we had no problem checking in or out and it met or exceeded our expectations. Will try to stay here again in the future.

Desert Princess - Very nice for a 30 day stay

The Desert Princess Country Club is a very nice place to stay. The grounds are lovely, it's flat and easy to take short or long walks or bicycle rides. Most of all, everyone was friendly, it felt safe, and overall the property was well cared for. As for the unit itself on Isleta, we give it high marks. The location was on the same street as the the fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts. We were able to walk the equivalent of a half city block, 3 mornings a week to play pickleball. For those of you who play it will please you to know they have 2 dedicated courts (with room for a 3rd.) Open play was MWFSun from 9 to 11 a.m. which allowed all skill levels and attracted lots of nice people. Views off the back patio were pleasant and included lots of palm and fruit trees plus a huge pond with ducks. (February was a great month for lemons, oranges and grapefruit) It was usually a quiet setting and an easy walk to the heated swimming pool and hot tub. The owner was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to reach. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day indoors or outdoors and plenty of good quality cookware, plates, glasses and silverware, etc. The decor was simple and attractive (easy to keep clean), TV's were new, furniture and beds were comfortable, and the washer/dryer worked great. Plenty of linens, blankets, and towels in the cabinets. Especially happy to find a hairdryer in the bathroom since I didn't pack one. Thanks for a great stay!

New, luxurious, house with all amenities

We (3 couples + a 6 months old baby) spent 2017 new year's eve in this house. Arsham, the owner, was very helpful during all the process with prompt responses and detailed instructions! The condo is situated inside the beautiful Desert Princess Country Club. When we arrived at the entrance gate, the security guy was expecting us so the process was very smooth. There is enough parking for at least 2-3 cars in front of the condo. Everything was as Arsham told us, so we could easily find the keys to enter in the house. The condo is separated from others, so we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors during the whole stay and vice versa. The condo is completely new, everything from the towels, to the kitchenware was new and overall the house was extremely clean and cozy. There are two big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of these is an en-suite bathroom). The beds were very comfortable. The extra couple slept on a big air mattress we brought, although there is a sofa-bed available (it looked good, maybe a little hard, but nothing to worry about). The house as a huge TV, fully equipped kitchen, a small patio and even a grilling station. During our stay we could use all the facilities of the Country Club, in particular we used the Jacuzzi, which was a great way to finish 2016 and start 2017. We had a wonderful time in Arsham house and if we’ll go back to Palm Spring it will be our first option!
