As far as the bed in the master bedroom, it's a confusing note, because the matress is a King Size on a King Size box spring (which fits in a slightly larger wooden bed frame and headboard set.). Definately a king set. And the microwave is standard setting for a built in above stove microwave hood combo. I'll have my handyman take a look to see if any plugs need repair. So sorry if it was an inconvenience! Thanks again for your booking! Come back any time!!

Thank you for letting me know your concerns. It's disheartening to hear when a guest is unhappy with their stay on the rare occasion this happens, especially your first time booking a vacation through the VRBO site. Hosting multiple units in the desert, I pride myself on the multitude of highly rated reviews and acknowlegement of quick response times when a guest has a question or an issue. It's true I'm unable to meet guests personally at the unit upon arrival most of the time, but as I let you know, check-ins are done virtually either same day or next day when a guest arrives late at night. I was especially taken by surprise to see your review, as all of our interactions during your stay were nothing short of lovely. With all our communications on the best resaurants to go to, where to shop for groceries and where to golf, you never once mentioned any issues with the unit or trouble with the TV. It's unfortunate if you had an issue with the ice trays and I'll certainly let the housekeeper know. TV channels include Netflix, Hulu, Prime and Spectrum all for free (with many additonal pay choices as well). I would have been more happy to guide you if you needed help with the instructions and had asked for assistance. It was unfortunate the battery on the door lock died during your stay and I did not see your texts WhatsApp, as I rarely use that app. But I was happy to help you get in within minutes with an emergency key once you called the correct number in the instructions. The unit went through a major renovation just a few years ago. Upon your departure, the front door lock and dishwasher were checked and both were in good working order and there did not appear to be a battery issue.
