First floor unit has a large balcony, access to an elevator and under building parking. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio with access from both the bedroom and living room. The living room includes a cozy queen sofa bed for extra guests. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room, over sized washer & dryer, new AC, and WiFi. The pleasant atmosphere of this gorgeous property at Forrest Beach Villas is a 5 minute short walk to all that Coligny Beach has to offer; beach access, Piggy Wiggly, over 60 shops and restaurants. We are located across the street from Tiki Hut beach bar. Amenities on the property include a swimming pool and free tennis/pickle ball courts. As owners we strive to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure you have everything needed for a short or long stay with us for a perfect beach getaway. We have included 2 back pack beach chairs and pickle ball sets for you to enjoy and umbrellas for those rainy days. Card games and puzzles for you to enjoy on days you stay in. Enjoy a relaxing getaway in Hilton Head Island at our condo!

I recently stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and had nicely updated kitchen appliances and cookware which is important to me. Having stayed in this complex a couple of times already I was familiar with the area and decided not to rent a car this time. I was able to bike and walk everywhere. I will stay when I'm in the area.

Beautiful property, so close to the beach, it was perfect! We loved that there was a trail directly behind the building that you could walk.The property was very clean and had every kitchen appliance I could want.

Our stay was great! The location was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home was just as described: beautiful, large, and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to HHI!

RELAX, NO WORRIES

Great location, walk out the back gate to parking lot and you are on the beach in 5 minutes. Quiet, parking under the building for most vehicles. Walk to awesome places to eat and shop. Host is quick to respond to questions. Beach gets very crowded at entrance. Would suggest walking right or left for several feet b4 you pickick your spot. I highly recommend this location for 2 people. Best location on Coligney in my opinion. Go there!!!!!

This is the perfect location to the beach, shopping and dining! The condo is so inviting and tastefully decorated, Loved the beachy vibe! We enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities the place offered including the king sized bed, full washer and dryer set, fully stocked kitchen and a closet full of hangars/place for luggage. A lot of care is put into the property, each day we saw the maintenance man walking the property making sure everything was in order. We will definitely come back the next time we are on HHI!

Great place for a couple

My husband and I were traveling for the long weekend - just the two of us. This was a perfect place for us! Convenient location and the right accommodations. Beautiful place, comfortable stay. Host was very communicative!

We live in Atlanta and love visiting HHI. It's our favorite place to be. It is so relaxing to walk the beach in the morning. Everyone is so friendly and we love how family friendly the island is. The bike paths run through the entire island and there are no high rise hotels above the tree line. It's truly a beautiful place to visit.

We chose Forest Beach Villas for its location because it is across the street from the beach and a easy 5 min walk to the beach access. It is also about a 7 minute walk to all the restaurants in Coligny Plaza. There is about 40 different choices for restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly. There are more than 60 shops in the area and always live music!

We have recently updated our unit with new paint and furniture. We have remodeled the kitchen and bought all new appliances. Our beachy theme is beautiful, cozy and welcoming. We have a king bed and plenty of extra blankets to keep you comfortable at night. We have 2 large smart TV's for your viewing choices. The WIFI is strong and fast which makes it a great place to work from home.
